06/07/2026: Very nice place, great welcome, and excellent service. I didn't particularly like the pizza, which was thin and had few toppings. The first courses, however, were good, along with delicious desserts and a wide selection of wines to suit all budgets, even the most "heavy" ones. Fabulous location. The entire menu was a bit pricey overall. The service was courteous, fast, and punctual.
15/06/2026: The combination of EXCELLENT food, the perfect atmosphere, subtle background music, wonderful hospitality, and pampering with hot chocolate and an elixir at the end of the meal is something you rarely find. Here at the Tre Archi in Altamura, it was just like that. Truly. I'll definitely be back, and soon.

18/07/2026: Birbacco is a place you'll want to return to. The owner's hospitality is truly exceptional, as is that of his staff: kind, helpful, and capable of making customers feel at ease.
The pizza is good, with a well-made dough, although, in my opinion, it's not yet excellent.
The only real sore point is the beverages. The bottled beers are almost exclusively craft or otherwise unconventional labels, with flavors that differ from those of classic beers like Nastro Azzurro, Heineken, and the like. These are only available on tap, but for many people, myself included, draft beer is not a suitable choice for health reasons.
As a result, the only alternative is often water. This is a shame, because when you plan an evening with friends, you also want to accompany your pizza with a pleasant beverage. This limitation, unfortunately, can lead the group to choose another pizzeria.
I hope this observation is taken as a constructive suggestion: expanding the selection of bottled beers with some more traditional labels would make the experience even more complete.
12/07/2026: This was my first time at this pizzeria (and not only). The menu is varied, with piadinas, meats, burgers, and much more. I had the pizza, and I have to say it was amazing! The service was attentive and fast. The outside location was beautiful! The inside is also very nice. Even though it was a Saturday and the place was packed, the staff was friendly. The owner was also kind and friendly, despite having a world on his plate. They even offered a complimentary amaro. We'll be back!

20/06/2026: Great experience, you feel at home, with the welcoming service, the food and the excellent beer.
18/03/2026: A simple and well-kept location, an excellent selection of beers, and friendly staff. Excellent falafel and tzatziki sauce worthy of a traditional Greek restaurant. The smoked Angus sandwich was very good, perhaps just a little too much arugula, which tended to overpower the flavor of the meat, but I certainly won't tear my hair out. We'll be back to try more!
Oh, if you're complaining about the prices, you haven't seen the average of other places. I think they're in line, not high, not low.
EDIT: We went back and tried something else. The battered haloumi was excellent, so we decided to get another portion. The falafel was always good, the tzatziki was a little less good than last time, but the fact that you can't find it the same is a testament to the craftsmanship.
My chicken salad with Caesar dressing was excellent, very filling (if you want to keep it light, advise leaving out a few ingredients).
My girlfriend's curry chicken with basmati rice was a little less delicious: the chicken pieces were perhaps a little too large, and the sauce needed more spice. The rice was okay.
The artisanal chocolate cheesecake, with a chocolate cream that wasn't packaged but was clearly homemade, was excellent.
Overall, another positive experience, with prices, as usual, perfectly average.

But doesn't 17 euros for 6 appetizers and 2 crodini seem a bit too much?
And the articles don't specify what I got. I feel scammed!

29/05/2025: Wir kamen in einer Woche 3x her, jedesmal war man freundlich und nett. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker, große Auswahl. Der Barmann hat mir sogar Coctails gemixt, die nicht auf der Getränkeliste waren. Die Bedienung (mehrere Personen in diesen 3 Tagen) waren zuvorkommend, wir bekamen sofort einen Tisch zugewiesen, obwohl Schlange stand!!! Nicht alle sprechen Englisch, trotzdem konnte man sich irgendwie verständigen. Lange Öffnungszeiten, man kann also den Tag hier wirklich lange ausklingen lassen.
Mein Freund hatte Geburtstag, er bekam ein Freigetränk und ihm wurde vom Schichtleiter ein Song gespielt.
Die Atmostphäre im Restaurant ist unglaublich locker und freundlich.
17/03/2025: Ristorante carino ideale per trascorrere una serata mangiando del buon cibo. Prezzi nella media. Servizio celere ed efficiente.
