04/01/2024: One of the best bars I've been to. The Tettedella monaca are the best I've ever eaten, the cream inside is crazy. Not to mention the panettone I got for Christmas with coffee and white chocolate, I have no words. At home everyone asked me where I got it. But above all the kindness, humility and passion they have, I believe the owner is the person I spoke to, he gave me an incredible love for his work, a wonderful person. There are few bars like this now, it's really worth having a coffee and a dessert. A hug.

Let's start from the assumption that the location is not bad... but.... it is not possible to reach it by car, much less park nearby, you have to travel about 400/500 meters of the ancient village... cured meats ok.. cheeses ok, shame about the onion jam and honey which were in very small quantities! The not exactly free pizza, €22, is nothing special, on the contrary... the first one at €23/24 wasn't bad, but the flavor of the butter stood out too much and that of the truffle less so, lacking a note of freshness, which I highly recommend to the chef to revisit. For the rest reception ok.

The review refers to the downtown location with the hope that the other one will keep the name and quality high. Very disappointed, place in decline. Since there were three tables it should have enlightened us, considering that everything else in the center was packed. Arrogant and rude owner, unaware of the hygiene rules, as he took the raw tagliatelle with his hands to put them on the plate..... Average food... High value for money considering the dishes he offers today. Too bad .. it was a guarantee for many and many years. But today, if anything, it will be able to survive on tourism, not on local historical customers.
