25/08/2024: Late in the evening we ordered two plates of lobster pasta and 2 bottles of water for €30, very good especially because we arrived late at the restaurant around 9pm. The waitress was very courteous and the owners were also helpful. Unfortunately there was no physical or digital menu. Other than that we would happily return.
06/08/2024: Overall it's fine: small menu with mainly cold dishes and several local wines by the glass or bottle.
What I liked a little less was the "inexpensive" prices for the food: it's true, I could have asked for them but, it would be preferable for them to be reported on the board...
For the record, 15 euros per dish... I think regardless of the type..
All in all, what is offered is of quality but I would improve the service and pay more attention to the external environment... I still recommend it.

02/11/2024: Nuova gestione, aperitivi molto scarsi, stuzzichini praticamente inesistenti, bicchieri rotti, tempi di attesa per due spritz lunghissimi nonostante la poca gente.vivamente sconsigliato.

29/03/2025: The waiter was extremely sloppy and dirty, and his service was very poor. The ravioli was roughly what we expected, but the pizza was burnt on the outside and the topping was tasteless for a diavolo. We won't be going back to this place.
29/03/2025: In the most beautiful sunshine on the terrace we had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter. But not just us, but all guests. Unfortunately, he is not very motivated and hardly friendly. We got to know it differently here. We didn't eat here based on the reviews.

07/10/2024: I can't recommend this restaurant, there wasn't a dish on the daily menu, the steak was ordered medium rare and a half-rare piece of meat was brought that consisted mostly of fat and tendons. To be fair, we didn't have to pay for the steak after complaining. The service was anything but expert, inattentive and only discreetly friendly. A bottle of wine that we ordered came to the table already opened and we only received a wine cooler when we asked. The dishes were more lukewarm than hot. Overall a disappointment.
Update or response to feedback from the owner:
Since the proprietario does not have any connection with our specialist specialists, the comment is "incompetent clients" and is arrogant.
23/08/2024: Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from the lively square which surprises with its cozy, bucolic and calm interior courtyard. The staff were very charming and the cuisine refined and plentiful. The spaghetti with truffles was succulent and the plate very generous with lots of large slices of truffle. Recommended!

16/02/2025: Having little time to have lunch, we decide to stop in this bar with tables outside in the sun. Expectations were low, because you immediately understand that it is a place for tourists, but they managed to beat them in the negative. We waited 50 minutes for two (terrible) piadinas with ham and cheese, because "the kitchen was very busy" even though the bar was certainly not full. Not recommended

30/08/2024: 0n ne nourissait pas trop d'illusions avant d'entrer, mais la confirmation est arrivée très vite. Pour faire une grande salade aussi dégueulasse (désolé pour la trivialité), il faut y mettre de la bonne volonté. Mais les serveuses sont par contre très aimables. Lieu à éviter, donc.
24/07/2024: Estábamos buscando un lugar para comer con una vista en nuestra una noche por el lago Maggiore y nos topamos con este modesto restaurante donde nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. La comida era auténtica y deliciosa - tuvimos spaghetti alla vongole para empezar y una escapada para principal. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar!

18/12/2024: Locale perfetto per gustare un'ottima cioccolata calda o uno spritz accompagnato da buone tartine e pizzette, il tutto con vista Basilica San Vittore. Lo consiglio per chi ha bisogno di coccole e relax.

anno sempre meglio. Pranzo ottimo ingredienti molto buoni,menù vario molte scelte complimenti, camerieri molto attivi molto attenti alle nostre esigenze è stato un ottimo pranzo,complimenti alla cuoca sempre fantastica, Tiziano bravissimo sincronizzatissimo molto simpatico ci vediamo presto grazie mille a tutti Daniela e Camillo
27/07/2024: Die Hütte liegt sehr schön an einem Stausee. Einen weiten Ausblick hat man aber nicht.
Die klassische Hütte verfügt über einige Mehrbettzimmer. Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Herbergseltern sind sehr freundlich und engagiert.

26/10/2024: Telefoniamo alle 22.30 senza aver ancora cenato per sapere se potevano prepararci ancora qualcosa, Tony il titolare che ha un carisma unico nel suo genere ci dice... dai venite qualcosa ci inventiamo :-) ...ebbene ci ha letteralmente rimpinzati fino a dirle basta ci fai scoppiare ! ci ha portato una serie di piatti a sua scelta uno piu gustoso dell'altro, ci ha fatto assaggiare una birra in bottiglia SUPERLATIVA !! abbiamo scherzato per tutta la sera con Tony che nonostante non sia piu un giovanotto ha un carisma incredibile !!! NB è una persona che non si fà nessun problema a mandare a " stendere " clienti arroganti e maleducati e fà benissimo a farlo !!!
Ci siamo salutati dopo un gradito amaro offerto dalla casa pagando un conto onestissimo per quanto abbiamo mangiato, ... arrivederci a presto :-)

18/12/2023: Abbiamo preso panino con ottimo formaggio nostrano, funghetti e salsa tartufata, delizioso. Pizza rossa per la bimba , che ha gradito molto. Buona anche la birra weiss. Atmosfera riscaldata da un bel caminetto
