23/02/2026: Unfortunately everything they write is not true, we went to Stresa for 2 days for a birthday, my daughter had a cake made, it was scandalous, paid 60 euros, it seemed homemade, dry sponge cake, non-existent cream, a real disgrace, we made a fool of ourselves in front of our guests, never again

This place offers a truly fine dining experience.
Exquisite fine dining with impeccable service and excellently crafted dishes. Pleasant and refined atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. The three Bellossi brothers are the directors and creators of this beautiful place. The artichoke with bagna cauda and parmesan shavings is sublime. I celebrated an incredible birthday. I highly recommend it 🤗
20/11/2025: Our taglietelle was amazing, so silky and perfectly cooked. I indulged in the truffles, a generous serving, and it was truly one of the best pasta dishes I have enjoyed anywhere

27/02/2026: Crazy prices, rudeness from the young girl, and especially from the older one! They didn't say hello either at the entrance or at the exit! Four croissants left out at 9:00 in the morning... I don't recommend them at all... go elsewhere, Pallanza is full of bars/pastries with polite and respectful staff. P.S.: I'm editing my review based on your response...
I'll add that I was the only one in the bar and one other person at the counter. So the rudeness regarding greetings is definitely a part of the staff, since they heard me say hello both at the entrance and at the exit without receiving any "goodbye and thank you."
27/01/2026: Good even if the wait times to order are always long... It almost feels like being left there like an ornament. Update, it may be a coincidence but even the breakfast went badly, the cream brioche I had was filled with just a teaspoon of cream, I asked the barista if it could be refilled, she kindly apologized and fixed it, but the cream was full of lumps, with a floury consistency and almost no sugar.

07/01/2026: Not bad. The quality/price ratio is good. Unfortunately, being a pizzeria, pizza doesn't seem to be available often except on Sundays or in the evenings.
Choosing the meat and fish menu, we can't say we had a bad meal. It's a shame the pandemonium of people made it difficult to converse at a normal volume. Perhaps it was due to the other restaurants being closed for the winter, but the fact remains that there was plenty of noise, and the service was a bit slow and distracted. Probably due to the overload of the clearly understaffed staff.

04/08/2025: Personale molto impaziente. Ho ordinato del caffè ma questo non è possibile sulla terrazza. Quindi doveva andare, ma non si può nemmeno sedersi sulla terrazza. Molto maleducati e anche il personale si urlava l'un l'altro. Sicuramente non è una bella esperienza e non lo consiglio

Lasagnes semblent surgelées, hamuburger raplapla, bruschetta très grande mais sans saveur.
Bref… on a testé; on y reviendra pas.

Vi var de eneste med børn, men det fungerede meget fint alligevel.
Fik lov til at bestille en børne-pasta, selvom der ikke var børne-retter på kortet.
Kan anbefales.
08/07/2025: Das Essen war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein Rindertatar als Vorspeise. Mein Mann wählte keine. Aber sie brachten unaufgefordert 2 Teller und stellten die Vorspeise in die Mitte. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Rindertatar war hervorragend. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, jemals ein so perfektes Tatar gegessen zu haben. Engagiert abgeschmeckt und mit karamellisiert Zwiebeln, Kapern und gerüsteten Mandeln war es einfach hervorragend! Auch der Hauptgang, ich hatte Pasta mit Muscheln, war nicht nur mit seiner sanften Schärfe köstlich, sondern auch wirklich so abgeschmeckt, dass es kein Nachwürzen bedarf.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, auch wenn der Service bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr steif war. Das Essen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Es ist wunderbare italienische Küche!

10/07/2025: Efter besøg i den imponerende Basilica Di San Vittore fandt vi denne lille hyggelige cafe lige udenfor Basilikaen.
Det var en riigtig hyggelig lille cafe med et fint menukort og meget venlig, hjælpsom og smilende betjening.
Vi nød dog kun en iskaffe her - det var til gengæld en af de bedste vi nogensinde havde fået.
Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.
22/06/2025: Nos topamos con este maravilloso café frente a la entrada de la iglesia de San Vittore en Intra. Tuvimos una fantástica infusión de té helado de menta, limón y jengibre. Vimos un magnífico pastel de limón de aspecto (y sabor). Vi una morenita que teníamos que tener - era divino. Vimos un panini pasando - no pudimos evitarlo y estábamos muy contentos con él. El servicio fue genial, un lugar fabuloso para cubrirse del clima cálido y recargar las baterías.

Pranzo ottimo ingredienti molto buoni,menù vario molte scelte complimenti, camerieri molto attivi molto attenti alle nostre esigenze è stato un ottimo pranzo,complimenti alla cuoca sempre fantastica, Tiziano bravissimo sincronizzatissimo molto simpatico ci vediamo presto grazie mille a tutti Daniela e Camillo
27/07/2024: Die Hütte liegt sehr schön an einem Stausee. Einen weiten Ausblick hat man aber nicht.
Die klassische Hütte verfügt über einige Mehrbettzimmer. Das Essen ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Herbergseltern sind sehr freundlich und engagiert.

26/10/2024: Telefoniamo alle 22.30 senza aver ancora cenato per sapere se potevano prepararci ancora qualcosa, Tony il titolare che ha un carisma unico nel suo genere ci dice... dai venite qualcosa ci inventiamo :-) ...ebbene ci ha letteralmente rimpinzati fino a dirle basta ci fai scoppiare ! ci ha portato una serie di piatti a sua scelta uno piu gustoso dell'altro, ci ha fatto assaggiare una birra in bottiglia SUPERLATIVA !! abbiamo scherzato per tutta la sera con Tony che nonostante non sia piu un giovanotto ha un carisma incredibile !!! NB è una persona che non si fà nessun problema a mandare a " stendere " clienti arroganti e maleducati e fà benissimo a farlo !!!
Ci siamo salutati dopo un gradito amaro offerto dalla casa pagando un conto onestissimo per quanto abbiamo mangiato, ... arrivederci a presto :-)

30/07/2024: Sehr gute Qualität des Essens und auch der Cocktails (vor allem die alkoholfreien). Bei mehr als 3 Leuten besser reservieren, denn die nette Aussicht auf die Promenade und den See (und die allabendliche Ferrari-Parade auf der Uferstraße) locken viele Leute an. Preise absolut fair!
05/07/2024: Nett zu sitzen, gerade auch am Abend. Hat in der Woche bis 23.00 h geöffnet.
Dann ist die Nähe der Straße nicht störend. Getränke waren gut , Service ist manchmal ein klein wenig "unaufmerksam", aber ok.
Ist ganz cool für Getränke , gerade auch mit der Nähe zum Wasser.
