Simply top-notch in every way: delicious and carefully prepared dishes, friendly and helpful staff, and fair prices despite the exceptional quality.
09/04/2026: Food was not good at all. The polpo was rubbery and hard to chew.. The crispy prawns soggy. The lobster pasta overcooked. The beef cheeks were an absolute cheek - cold and absolutely tasteless !! We left more than half on the plates and told her it was cold - she was convinced it was delicious and just too much ( the waitress )
Will not revisit ! Not worth the drive - just for the food !! Totally disappointed- much better places in Domodossola

04/01/2026: On the main road to the Formazza Valley, in the hamlet of San Rocco di Premia, lies this special pub. This establishment has made the decision to offer completely gluten-free food, so all its dishes are gluten-free, some even vegetarian. For celiacs, it's a kind of oasis of happiness; they can order everything, I believe only the beers are gluten-free (in addition to the gluten-free ones). Some of the food pairings are unusual; there's always a soup, risotto, and homemade gluten-free gnocchi. The atmosphere is quite rustic, and the outdoor bathroom in the summer doesn't help. I recommend booking ahead, even the day before during peak season, as they often get fully booked for lunch until generally 3:00 PM.

31/12/2025: A very welcoming place, recently renovated with great taste, located in the center of town but with floor-to-ceiling windows and a view of Monte Rosa. Very friendly and helpful staff. A wide selection of wines and spirits, so it's perfect for aperitifs, but also for breakfast and snacks thanks to its excellent pastries.

30/03/2026: The place looks nice, but the food isn't up to par.
Polenta with cheese, sweet and bland;
Spaghetti cacio e pepe, sweet and tasteless;
Gnocchi with tomato and burrata, with a tomato sauce very similar to passata, sweet and flavorless.
The fish, however, was good!
The staff, however, were friendly.

26/02/2026: I've read some excellent reviews about the pastry shop, so my advice is if you know how to do that, avoid anything else. The bar service is poor and subpar. What a shame!
16/10/2025: We stumbled upon this little bar quite spontaneously and by chance – a real stroke of luck! We had two cappuccinos and two small desserts, both excellent. The cappuccino was creamy and aromatic, and the desserts were simply delicious and lovingly made. A very cozy atmosphere and friendly service. We would definitely come back to try the other desserts!

04/04/2026: The many positive online reviews piqued our interest. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the lovely, cozy atmosphere and the exceptionally friendly service.
After placing our order, we were looking forward to a delicious meal, but were unfortunately disappointed. The meat was of good quality and nicely seared, but it was served lukewarm and, in our opinion, far too rare inside. Furthermore, we weren't asked how we wanted it cooked when we ordered.
For the price, we expected a more professional approach.
02/02/2026: I'm sorry, but I wasn't happy. The paper delivered didn't match the one on the website at all. Customers should be warned about this. Also, the quality was poor.
