23/10/2025: I visited here from Australia in Autumn. The most beautiful, artistic cafe decorated with pumpkins, candles, teapots and beautiful colours. We had absolutely delicious pastries and excellent coffee and tea. Thank you guys!! Excellent service too. This place is so cute with a beautiful aesthetic :)

02/12/2025: Truly delicate and tasty artisanal fried food. The pizza is excellent, both for its light, well-leavened dough and its fresh, refined ingredients. The dining room is very warm and welcoming, ideal for a dinner for two or with friends.
The qualified staff is always friendly and helpful, with surprisingly short wait times. Absolutely excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The pizzas I tried were good, and the service was fast and friendly.
The prices were average and still fair.

Fiorella, the hostess, is always available, and the great Ruggiero, a superb chef (he took Molise to the finals with Alessandro Borghese), let me try his pasta with ventricina, which was nothing short of amazing. Thanks guys.
11/08/2025: Ruggero (renowned chef) and Fiorella are the 2 wonderful owners, very kind and always available, the place is enchanting and the structure stunning, we have a large dog and there was no problem (with prior notice) I highly recommend.

16/11/2025: Whenever I manage to find a break in Termoli, MICRO Bar & Bistrot has become my go-to. It's where my wife and I indulge in a slow breakfast, as you should when you want to start the day off right: carefully crafted coffee, always fresh croissants, and an atmosphere that invites you to breathe, even before sipping.
The place really shines during aperitifs. The atmosphere is lively but not intrusive, with attentive service and a well-structured drink selection. The appetizers always arrive on time and, not surprisingly, are of consistent quality. It's one of those rare places where aperitifs aren't just a passing moment, but a small ritual.
For those like me who often work under pressure, finding a place where you can relax with your partner without having to think about anything—except what to order—is truly valuable. And it happens here. Every time.
In short: good taste, excellent service, and an atmosphere that can make you forget the day, even for a security technician who sees risks everywhere. A truly remarkable result.

19/04/2025: Siamo stati per una serata privata a cena . Locale molto bello sotto il castello Svevo . Abbiamo mangiato ottimo filetto e tagliata grigliata , buoni contorni ( forse le verdure grigliate si potevano evitare erano tutte bruciate ) ma ottima la parmigiana di melanzane . Bellissima la musica e la cameriera al bar tavolo veramente capace , gentile ed estremamente accogliente… eravamo in 10 . Ci torneremo

Prezzi ragionevoli calcolando che dopo l'antipasto, si opta per un primo o un secondo spendendo 25/ 30 euro compreso vino acqua e caffè. Da ritornare
31/05/2025: Este restaurante es el mejor para la semana que estamos en Italia: Roma, Piscara, Termoli y ahora aquí, Santa María del Molise. La comida era muy fresca, deliciosa, muchas opciones de antipasto, varias opciones para el plato principal, fabulosa polenta con salchichas caseras y salsa de tomate; 6 varios postres. Pedimos tiramisú limone - fresco y delicioso.

27/04/2025: Locale raffinato; sofisticato e al tempo stesso umile. Prodotti di alto qualità. Pinsa fantastica e sembra di fare colazione a casa propria. Per non parlare dei prezzi assolutamente onesti per il periodo che viviamo!
