04/01/2026: After numerous attempts, we found a table for the first time. We went with 2 adults and 3 children. Simply extraordinary experience!! Excellent raw fish, fabulous first courses, fabulous tuna steak. Compliments to the staff, helpful and always smiling even under pressure, compliments to the chef and the entire kitchen, and finally, compliments to the owner, who made us feel at ease with his welcome, and his friendliness and thoughtfulness towards all the diners makes the difference. CHAPEAU!

31/12/2025: Unfortunately, Covid had kept us away, we returned today and to say that it is always a pleasure is an understatement, very fresh fish both raw and cooked you can feel that in the dishes there is passion from times gone by as well as the service, well done Massimo and well done everyone

10/01/2026: I'd like to start 2026 with this delightful review! I've been to Da Rosa twice, before and after Christmas, and everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and quick with service, and the food, typical of Marche cuisine, is delicious. I also recommend it for small groups because they have a small room that seats 15-16. PS: With the bread basket, they were already a winner from the start 😋

08/07/2025: Highly recommended!! During a guided tour of Leopardi's house, I stopped for a snack with my wife and children, and even though it was already past lunchtime, we were greeted with a smile by a very kind young woman who went out of her way to offer us something to eat. The rest followed suit... a charming location, excellent food, and above all, a carefully curated selection of soft drinks, natural wines, and craft beers. A stop at this place is a must in Recanti! 23/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague, Chalet Galileo lived up to its promise. Large windows overlook the beach, the winter sea. Refined seafood cuisine, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Small snacks offered before and after meals demonstrate the customary Marche hospitality and customer service.

30/11/2025: The restaurant is located right on the promenade and beach. It offers good, refined cuisine, but the dishes seemed lacking in my opinion. It lacked something to enhance the flavor and make the menu items memorable. The dishes are designed especially for those who enjoy healthy eating, free from excessive spices and sauces. They are very simple, yet tasty. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and aesthetically pleasing. However, I found them a bit bland and lacking much creativity. It must be admitted, however, that the presentation of the dishes was good. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning the extensive wine list, elegant table setting, impeccable cleanliness, and pleasant, intimate atmosphere. I might return next year, although it won't be my first choice for restaurants in Civitanova Marche. In any case, the quality of the products speaks for a return visit.
