28/10/2025: Beautiful place, welcoming, innovative, and with extremely friendly staff. The pizza is excellent. We also ordered various types of meat, and I must say... truly delicious, cooked to perfection and unique. I absolutely recommend it.

27/04/2026: Unfortunately, I have to share my bad experience... with the new management, certain elements need to be revisited...
The older blonde lady (never seen her before, despite coming here often) who waits tables is incredibly rude, to say the least. I understand her age and tiredness, but if you're in direct contact with customers, you can't and shouldn't behave in such a way. I hope the new management reads the message and takes the appropriate precautions. I might be the first of many to stop coming back just because of one employee... because everything else has always been perfect.

With hands that a second before had touched money, a little bit of everything here and there, without washing them, he picks up the pastries and cookies. What's more, with a full hand, not even two fingers on the side. My only mistake was not to hand them over and walk away.

01/04/2026: The products may be good, but walking into a bar at 8 in the morning and not even receiving a good morning or even a hint of welcome from the staff... Advice: cups and mugs should not be served by squeezing them on the rim from which you sip, especially if you're handling money in the meantime...
14/03/2026: Very nice café and very good pastries. But thanks to the rudeness of the staff, it makes me want to avoid returning.
You go there for a break, but you'll find sullen and rude people.

03/05/2026: We ordered a quick lunch (an appetizer and a first course) as we unfortunately had little time to catch the train. The waitress was very kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. A little pricey, but justifiable given the central location.
08/04/2026: A friend of mine and I went to this bar. The service was truly awful: we had problems ordering, and to make matters worse, they made us wait half an hour to bring us two non-alcoholic drinks and a platter.

Ordered on December 29th and still haven't received it due to the courier!
I've contacted them several times, via chat, phone, and finally email, but they continue to be absent!
On the other hand, they bombard you with emails... I'm sorry, but my last purchase with them... you can't just get good products at a good price. If you sell online, you ABSOLUTELY MUST BE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT!
12/01/2026: Lack of professionalism. Delivery already a month late, goods never received. No answer on the phone. No response via email despite reminders sent weeks later... Still waiting for a refund...

19/04/2026: I can't comment on the quality of the pastry shop, but the fact that they didn't remove the tare (80 grams) for a tray of pastries really bothers me. If we add that I also asked the clerk if he had removed the tare (yes, he certainly had), I feel cheated, because their behavior is not fair.
I hope this was helpful for future purchases at this pastry shop.
16/04/2026: Terrible welcome, not even a smile, and the lady at the pastry counter at the entrance (I think the owner) didn't even say hello.
While regulars were greeted with a super warm welcome and smiles.
Expensive prices; even though they point out that table service prices are different, it makes no sense because they're really high. And then charging a fortune to have two coffees and two pastries brought to your table, literally stuck to the counter, makes no sense whatsoever.
The floor was dirty, stained, and sticky in some places.
Leaving glass objects at the edge of the register/counter was dangerous (for both customers—adults, children, dogs—and the staff), and it was also cumbersome. I would reconsider the placement of the objects.
The scene where the owner scolded a member of staff in front of everyone was unpleasant. (She could have spoken to him aside or waited until we left.) And in any case, it wasn't the boy's fault. (A glass candy dish fell.)
We were disappointed; we expected fresh food and Savoy courtesy.

09/08/2025: A small shop selling Amaretti della Valdaso, soft, incredibly fragrant, and incredibly fresh. I've been familiar with the classic ones and the "brutti ma buoni" ones, made with hazelnut paste, for years. This year, I decided to try the orange, coconut, and pistachio flavors: they're all delicious, because the aroma doesn't overpower the original flavor. Just be careful of the step at the entrance: it's written about it over and over again, but I still managed to trip over it!
