17/05/2025: The barmaids, especially two (the blonde and the redhead), every time my friends and I come in, look at each other with a know-it-all look and huff at our entrance, really rude, and as if that wasn't enough, they bang teaspoons on the cappuccino, they act fed up and haughty, the total opposite of what a barmaid should do, we continue to come here only because there is nothing else, but we sincerely hope that they can either change staff, or even close down and open something better.

14/04/2025: A week ago I ordered a cake for a birthday, choosing flavors and shape. After a week I went to collect it and it wasn't ready saying that they had forgotten to make it, obviously I immediately asked to make me another one because I needed it for the same evening, plus the waitresses laughed all the time because they found themselves in an uncomfortable situation. I hope they put more competent people.

03/08/2025: The food is truly good, fresh, and well-prepared—no complaints there. Unfortunately, the experience is somewhat marred by the staff's attitude: no one greets you with a smile, and the overall impression is that they work reluctantly. The cappuccinos also leave much to be desired: more like caffe lattes, without a hint of foam, as if no effort was put into their preparation. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to service, this could be a truly excellent place.

23/07/2025: Ich war letztes Jahr schon hier und da war das Essen schon super 👍 Dieses Jahr ist ein neuer Koch da. Wahnsinn, ich habe selten so gut gegessen und auch der Chef Marco und seine Crew sind super 👍 Werde diesen Urlaub wohl noch ein paar mal dort essen 😊 Absolut empfehlenswert 🤩

18/07/2025: Sono andata a cena in questo ristorante dietro consiglio di un'amica che me ne aveva parlato bene. Purtroppo io non mi sono trovata altrettanto bene. Prezzi troppo alti per le porzioni veramente minime e gusto non eclatante. In più, cosa che mi ha dato alquanto fastidio, sul conto finale c'è solo il totale, senza il prezzo di ogni portata. Se si vuole controllare se è giusto, bisogna armarsi di pazienza, chiedere il menù, guardare il prezzo di ogni portata e confrontare il totale con quello del ristorante. Se fossimo stati un tavolo numeroso?? Esperienza da non ripetere.

21/06/2025: The only bar open at 2.00 pm in town. Quiet aperitif in Piazza Garibaldi, on a sunny afternoon under large umbrellas. Quiet and friendly management. Waiting times proportionate to the staff present at the time. Good feelings

11/05/2025: FATE ATTENZIONE Io e mia moglie volevamo fare un apericena e ci siamo fatti consigliare dalla cameriera. Antipasto per due, un analcolico e un cocktail 50€… ci andavamo in due al sushi all you can eat. Tengo a specificare che il prezzo non stava scritto da nessuna parte ci siamo trovati a fatto compiuto e mai ovviamente ci saremmo aspettati che un antipasto costasse quanto una cena al sushi… Mai più presi in considerazione dopo quella volta e mai più li prenderò in considerazione; come posso avverto la gente della “truffa” sconsigliando vivamente il posto Rimpiango di non aver visto prima le recensioni di questo locale su tripadvisor sennò lo avrei evitato

16/03/2025: Prezzi troppk alti biliardino 1 euro 8 palline praticamente non puoi fini la partita molto maleducati e sporchi…………….

02/07/2025: Panorama eccellente sulla valle del Metauro, tutto il resto da dimenticare. Manca il menu scritto, recita orale di una cameriera ben istruita, attese interminabili, ho visto servire subito clienti arrivati dopo di noi, prezzo esorbitante. Mai più!

23/06/2025: Mancavamo da tanti anni (troppi) da questa deliziosa Osteria dove il menù viene raccontato a voce (ma per chi non può farne a meno è sempre possibile chiedere i prezzi) e ogni portata è davvera buonissima. Per antipasto c'è il Crostuovo (loro cavallo di battaglia) oppure l'abbondante e squisito tagliere con formaggi e salumi accompagnato dalla crescia cotta sulla brace (noi abbiamo preso quest'ultimo). Abbiamo quindi proseguito con due primi, dei cappelleti e delle tagliatelle con verdure di stagione e funghi, entrambi ottimi (unica nota negativa della serata, le tagliatelle non erano per nulla abbondanti), infine una squisita tagliata e la buonissima salsiccia di cinta senese sempre accompagnati dalla loro crescia calda (attenzione può creare dipendenza); non abbiamo provato i (ricordo deliziosi) animali da cortile ma la persona vegetariana che ci accompagnava ha avuto la sua soddisfazione anche nei buonissimi contorni. Splendido pure il dolce (panna cotta e tortino caldo di tanta cioccolata) e carta dei vini molto ricercata e con prezzi corretti. Il conto non è leggero ma la qualità si paga

14/07/2025: **BEACH SERVICE REVIEW** = 0 Stars The beach was booked through the hotel across the street many months in advance. On the day of arrival, we were practically "placed" in the last row, with the promise that they would put us further forward the next day. The next day, we had to ask them, otherwise they would have ignored it (when we remembered this, they responded with a huff). On a windy day, they wouldn't let the umbrellas open, even though other beach resorts had opened theirs. However, they did sell a beach umbrella and loungers at full price to some friends of ours, without mentioning the fact that the umbrella couldn't be used. Finally, on the day of our departure (Saturday), when we came up from the sea in the morning, they intercepted us under the umbrella and told us that we had to leave and leave the umbrella because they had already sold it to someone else, DESPITE THE HOTEL HAD CONFIRMING THAT WE COULD USE IT ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. To the disbelief of couples nearby who were in the same situation as us. All this in a very cold, unsympathetic, and rude manner, especially considering we had a 2-year-old with us. When we asked if they had another umbrella anywhere just for the morning, even if we paid for it, they once again snorted that they had to check since it was a busy day, but reiterated that they had to vacate our spot as soon as possible. Finally, after speaking with the hotel, they gave us a spot practically in the last row, even though, looking at the beach, many umbrellas (including our previous one) were unoccupied. Truly rude and arrogant management.

09/07/2025: There is no better beach in San Benedetto del Tronto 💙 great availability and great dishes prepared by the chef ... always top aperitifs and impeccable and very friendly beach service ... we always gladly return because they are truly the best

26/05/2025: Staff could be a little nicer, two crodini eight euros (and they didn't even ask us if we wanted at least two chips, we wouldn't have taken them because we were in a hurry, but at least ask), bathroom without toilet paper, without soap, without paper to dry your hands. There's nothing else to say.

09/04/2025: Bad experience with delivery. Fortunately, the very kind delivery man called the pub back twice because: after having ordered three burgers with their sponsored offer; upon arrival (having not yet checked the bag but after having read the receipt) a hamburger was missing. The rude woman on the phone, after answering the phone on speakerphone, tells us: "oh ok, a hamburger is missing but don't complain". The last straw: we opened the bag and TWO burgers were missing, not one.

15/07/2025: I love this store. There's a huge selection of Italian wines and everytime I went into the Testaccio location (several times during our last two visits to Rome), Andrea gave me excellent advice on which wines to buy. The last one I had, which I think is stellar, is a biodynamic Lazio white (Malvasia & Passerina grape blend) called Oncia Bianco, by Carlo Noro. Next time we visit, I'll definitely be returning.

17/05/2025: Staff not very polite and eager to close the place at 9.40 pm on Saturday night when in reality the closing time declared would be around 1.00 am. Not even the time for a chat between friends that they take away (abruptly) what you ordered without even checking that it has been consumed. I miss the old management.
