06/04/2024: We were here after a long time and the place has been renovated, very nice; as far as the food is concerned, we found ourselves on average well, the rooster was really good but the hamburger was not (we know that they actually specialize in spit-roasted rooster but if you have something on the menu you have to know how to cook it anyway). All in all recommended if you don't want to eat something demanding, very honest price (unfortunately we didn't take photos)

05/04/2024: Very nice place. Located in the square in Solferino, small private parking, but in case it is full it has the square in front which is full of free parking; Self Check-in is very convenient and fast, the video on how to do it (which is sent when you book and the confirmation arrives) is clear and easy to understand; the room is very nice and clean, as is the bathroom; small balcony which can certainly be pleasant in summer. Very kind and helpful staff; Surely if I were to return to the area I would know where to stay overnight.

10/03/2024: Trattoria dall'eleganza moderna e discreta, offre una cucina attenta alla tradizione mantovano-veneta e alla stagionalità. Tra le tante gustose proposte un sapido budino di zucca con fonduta di Taleggio e semi di zucca all'Umeboshi, il luccio in salsa verde mantovana e, non ultima la specialità della casa dal 1968, il famoso carrello di arrosti e bolliti accompagnato da Pearà veneta e salse tipiche. I dolci sono fatti in casa. Si può prenotare un menu tutto vegetale. La cantina offre vini nazionali e esteri con una pregevole scelta di calici genuini prodotti da artigiani delle zone limitrofe. Il servizio è attento, cordiale e veloce.

31/03/2024: Listen, lady, you can see that you can go and work as a restaurateur for Caritas..you're not capable of it..but you can rightly be a cheater outside Naples..right in Mantua you succeeded, you're taking out canned fish if you had been in Naples they taught you the manners of going straight to Mantua. but please. Today's lunch was really disgusting. Rice of the lowest quality and also overcooked. The appetizer is a joke, the fish from the MD is also horrible and very scarce. If you work thinking of being smart I imagine you know what your destination will be: THE CLOSURE. A SHAME. You could have at least saved face with a few slices of dove taken from the discount stores you frequent when buying that rubbish you offer under the inappropriate name of fish.

24/03/2024: Cold in the room with the result of having dinner on the stomach. At the end of dinner he doesn't even issue a receipt because he says his cash register is broken. So why doesn't he have paper receipts?? The fact is that you can't make people eat in the cold and make it seem like it's normal. Never again, neither me nor my friends, given the rudeness of the young lady

01/04/2024: Truly a beautiful location far from everything and everyone, this is also evident from the road (the last 500m are dirt road). Cold cuts and meats all worth trying, all good and the service isn't bad too, shame about the flood.

30/03/2024: Well-finished dishes with refined flavours, but at the same time the product is valorised, with unexpected combinations. Explosion of taste. Surprise also in the wines and in the research that investigates lesser-known companies, rediscovering types of wines. Well done guys, we'll be back! Price normal

15/03/2024: Courtesy and professionalism are the basis of this project. The vegetarian/vegan menu is refined, attentive but above all thoughtful. The wine list is coherent and non-trivial and respects the DNA of the place. Absolutely correct quality/price ratio. A sweet refuge that allows you to immerse yourself in good food, reading and art. Well done!
