27/06/2026: I'm writing this review today, but the incident happened a while ago. Let me start by saying that, from the outside, the place looks very nice and well-kept; it's located in the entrance area of the shopping center, making it very convenient. The service, however, wasn't what I expected: for starters, as soon as we entered, the staff started looking at us askance for no apparent reason. Then, they greeted us at the checkout with little apparent interest; it seemed like we were a nuisance to them and they seemed bored by our presence. The service was slow, the Spritz was watered down, and the food was divided into four pieces (there were three of us). The place itself is nice, but the staff is terrible. I'd also add that this is a huge weakness for the business, as I've heard many negative reviews regarding my same issue. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

12/04/2025: Due caffè al tavolo 3,60 Euro. Non ci siamo!. E non per i 3,60 Euro in assoluto. Al tavolo possono essere anche 4,00 o 5,00. Ma se mi fai pagare due caffè 3,60, allora voglio anche i bicchierini di acqua minerale. E non te li devo chiedere. Poi magari mi ci aggiungi una caramellina al caffè o un cioccolatino o qualcos'altro che mi coccoli. Allora poi mi fai pagare 3, 4 o 5 Euro. Altrimenti me li fai pagare come tutti gli altri bar della strada!

30/07/2023: Conto: due medie IPA e una piadina..20€. Basterebbe questo per la recensione, se non fosse che: la piadina era bruciata (avrei potuto farlo notare, ma decido di lasciar stare), da menù costava 5€ (quando in cassa mi dicono 7, avrei potuto richiedere il menù ma decido di lasciar stare)...se dal totale tolgo sette euro della piadina, due IPA le ho pagate 6,50€ l'una...roba che neanche al radetzki in corso Como...
