27/09/2025: Extremely hungry after a disastrous summer excursion to Martignano, we almost force ourselves to stop at the first osteria on the way, encouraged by the reviews. From the outside, we're not entirely convinced, but the interior is honest and welcoming; they seat us with a smile (we're off to a good start). The menu is displayed on a chalkboard and offers a good osteria-style selection of classics and Roman dishes. Some people add a first course, while I focus on a meat-based second course (a mixed grill) and a double side of sautéed potatoes and vegetables, washed down with Claudia water, which is locally sourced. The dishes arrive promptly, the service reserved but attentive, the dishes (based on the ones I've tried) are balanced and flavorful, each piece of meat perfectly cooked and the potatoes perfectly cooked. Finally, a satisfying experience on a day where everything went wrong due to the local disorganization... if only there were a hundred osterias!

06/01/2026: My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time, taking advantage of a rare child-free day. There's ample parking, and upon entering, you immediately notice a private dining room with a truly impressive wine cellar. We were greeted by a kind and smiling waiter who escorted us to our table. The menu is varied, with both fish and meat options; we both chose the fish tasting menus and were pleasantly surprised by the selection. All the dishes met our tastes: fresh ingredients, original pairings, and thoughtful presentation. A side note: impressed by a dessert served at another table, the owner surprised us by bringing us a spectacular and truly delicious dessert of his own accord. The bill is in line with the quality of the dishes; we recommend this restaurant for a different and decidedly enjoyable experience. Congratulations to the entire staff!

20/01/2026: The menu offers an excellent selection. We tried pork ribs, pork shank, sausage, and chicken tagliata. Everything was excellent.

08/10/2025: The atmosphere is always tidy and pleasant. The staff, made up of young women, is truly the place's strong point: always kind, polite, and with a genuine smile. You can sense a natural relaxation in their service—nothing forced or contrived. Personally, I don't go back to bars where the politeness is fake or overly pretentious. Here, however, it's a completely different story: the women are always polite, never vulgar in their dress or speech. They have a way of doing things that truly puts you at ease; even during busy times, they never make you feel rushed. My compliments, truly.

01/01/2026: Too bad you can't give 0 stars!! On the evening of December 31st, my friends and I had booked a table long in advance... We had a reservation for 9:15 PM when we arrived, and we'd already seen a few people standing, but we hadn't asked any questions. Half an hour passed, and we were still standing. We asked the owner, rightfully, and he replied, "Just two minutes and I'll take you to a table." More time passed, and we asked again, but still no reply, "I'll be there now, I'll FIND you a table." After more than an hour of standing, I called the owner again, asking if there was actually a table available. Otherwise, we'd leave. He replied, "There's no table, I'm sorry, but I've had extra people snuck in." From there, my friends and I, disgusted by the situation, left... (There were people inside serving themselves.)
