16/06/2025: Terrible experience – avoid this place!
I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, but when I arrived, the owner refused to let me in. He claimed there was a problem on my side, which was not true. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to refund my money, but he also tried to pressure me into booking a more expensive place he offered elsewhere. It felt like a scam. I was left stranded without a place to stay and had to make last-minute arrangements on my own.
I strongly advise against booking this place. Totally unacceptable behavior and zero respect for guests.
14/06/2025: New, clean and very nice structure, kind and helpful staff, good and very varied food, a place to try and frequent.

25/05/2025: I bought some pastries to take to a lunch I was invited to; I spent €25 for a tray for 6 people, and made a bad impression because the pastry was dry and unfortunately one of the pastries had a long hair in the dough with a bulb. Bad impression.

01/07/2025: Good coffee (cappuccino 2.2, espresso 1.6, prices vary depending on whether you order it on site or to take away), very nice atmosphere surrounded by the monuments of Piacenza. A few tables, ideal for a quick stop. Friendly service.

25/04/2025: We went for a drink after a long trip. It wasn't what we expected. Especially for the attention. A staff unwilling to understand foreigners, unfriendly and as if it were difficult to serve us. I ordered a very hot latte macchiato and they served it lukewarm, I had to ask for it to be heated and they put it in the microwave... Very little good will.

Ci sono venuta 3 volte tentando di dare più possibilità al locale. Bevande molto buone ma servizio che fa pena. Le donne che vengono a prendere le ordinazioni non sono scontrose di più. Ti rispondono come se fossi loro sorella, facendo facce e facendoti passare anche per scema. Lavorare a contatto con il pubblico non sanno nemmeno cosa vuol dire. I ragazzi alla cassa molto gentili e anche i ragazzi che vengono a prendere le ordinazioni lo sono ma anche qualità prezzo discutibile.(cibo) Posto che si può tranquillamente evitare. Male male male.
10/02/2025: Ottime birre e cucina varia, pizza molto apprezzata e un appunto speciale per il kebab di piselli. Unica pecca camerieri molto cordiali ma impreparati sulle birre, poca conoscenza del loro prodotto di punta e non conoscenza degli abbinamenti cibo/birra scritti in menù. Magari è solo stata una serata no, riproverò!

21/12/2023: Prima di tutto, NON E' UN RISTORANTE... nel senso che non cucinano primi e secondi, ma offrono una eccellente varietà di salumi, formaggi, giardiniera fatta in casa, vino per tutti gusti e tutti i prezzi, ottimi dolci, serviti in una sala appartata e ben arredata. Servizio simpatico e competente, propositivo. Una gradevolissima scoperta che consiglio sinceramente di visitare.

30/12/2024: Il locale è completamente anonimo, uno stanzi e con tanti tavoli, il servizio invece è apprezzabile, cortese ed attento.
Ma purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato scarsa qualità delle materie prime, tutto pesce di allevamento, inoltre abbiamo provato il fritto misto, deludente a dir poco, unto e con una varietà di pesce esigua.
Non credo che ci ritorneremo.
17/12/2024: Se volete mangiare pesce a Piacenza questo è sicuramente il ristorante migliore!
