04/06/2026: The bar is welcoming, tidy, and clean, and also features a decent-sized outdoor seating area. For breakfast, there's a wide selection of always-fresh, excellent baked goods. You can also grab a quick lunch, choosing from sandwiches and focaccias, or a selection of first and second courses from a modest but excellent menu. I've personally tried practically everything and have always been satisfied. I haven't had a chance to try the aperitivo yet, but it looks promising. The lovely, polite, and friendly staff offer attentive and impeccable service. I go there often because it's always nice to be greeted with a smile. The only downside is the small bathroom, which could use some maintenance.

01/05/2026: Having simply walked in to ask for a coffee, I was met with a surreal scene: a man yelling at the waiter, demanding that he say "outside" and not come in because they don't make coffee there.
Beyond the legitimate decision not to serve something so basic, what's truly perplexing is the manner. In a sector where hospitality is an integral part of the experience, witnessing such aggressive tones and unprofessional management is unacceptable.
Restaurant is more than just food: it's respect, communication, and customer service—even when the customer simply asks for a coffee.
An episode that speaks for itself. Avoid this place.
07/04/2026: Excellent experience and good food. We ate in the lovely internal courtyard. Prices are quite high given the very touristy location.

14/06/2026: I stayed here a while ago, but unfortunately, it wasn't the best experience. The rooms were basic, with many broken items, from the blackout blinds to the wall outlets. The bathroom was missing hooks for hanging sponges and a soap dispenser in the shower. There were also some bugs around the bed, which we couldn't identify, but reading previous reviews, we saw that the property had had bed bug problems; let's hope they weren't those. Let's just say that attention to detail isn't typical of this property. Breakfast isn't particularly extensive, but it's average, with a few sweet and savory options. I wouldn't choose this property again.

RESERVATION CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WITHOUT ANY REASON!!!! STAY AWAY FROM PLACES LIKE THIS!!!! Unfortunately, catering and related hotel services (whether agritourism or 5-star) aren't for everyone!!! MANY TRY, MANY FAIL, MANY OTHERS DO A BAD WORK!!! THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE OF EVERYTHING!!! THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE VARIOUS AND SPEAK CLEARLY!!! THERE'S NOTHING TO RATE HERE FOR ROOMS, LOCATION, CLEANLINESS, AND OTHERS... HERE WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT FAIRNESS AND POLITE!! MANY OTHERS TRY IT, but you should calmly give up. There are plenty of jobs out there, so try something else. THE WORLD IS FULL OF FISH, SO YOU ARE BETTER AT SELLING GREENHOUSES.

16/05/2026: The desserts weren't the best. We spent 9 euros for breakfast for two, and the receipt didn't indicate what we'd spent what on. I've also been there before and been charged differently for the same things; it seems they set their prices as they please.

24/05/2026: High-quality cuts, crispy and well-cooked. Worth the drive from Cremona, but even further afield. A simple place, but steeped in passion, the meat speaks for itself. I go often and have never been disappointed. The price is in line with the quality, very fair.
30/04/2026: Excellent selection of cuts of meat. I tried several on the owner's recommendation, and they were all very good. I'll definitely be back.

12/05/2026: The coffee, the chocolate salami, the cappuccino, the flavored milk are delicious and the staff is very kind and welcoming.
10/05/2026: I stopped by this café with high expectations, and they were partially confirmed: the cappuccino was decent and carefully prepared. For this reason, I'm even more sorry to have to point out some aspects that, in my opinion, deserve attention.
The wait was truly long, longer than usual, even at busy times. But what really affected me was not the wait, but the staff's attitude. The waitresses seemed visibly annoyed, their responses a bit harsh, and their mannerisms conveyed a lack of helpfulness. Everyone has a bad day, but when this feeling becomes so evident, the customer experience suffers significantly.
I'm reporting this in a constructive spirit: a little more friendliness would be enough to transform a place with potential into a truly pleasant one.

22/07/2025: E' sempre un gran piacere tornare al Barca, innanzitutto per la gentilezza e la professionalità del proprietario e del personale di sala (manca molto la signora che abitualmente accoglieva la clientela e gestiva il carrello dei bolliti, alla quale va il nostro caro ricordo). E' sempre un gran piacere inoltre degustare i salumi e i primi piatti della tradizione piacentina e i bolliti misti che oggi, però, non abbiamo ordinato a causa del caldo. Rimedieremo in autunno! Ampia scelta di dolci. Buon vino, un gutturnio della casa e prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti offerti. I nostri complimenti, come sempre!
19/07/2025: Cena in coppia in questo ristorante. è stata una piacevole esperienza Cibo eccellente, preparato con materie prime di ottima qualità che esaltano ogni piatto. Sapori autentici e ben bilanciati, che dimostrano grande attenzione nella scelta degli ingredienti e nella preparazione. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale è cortese, disponibile e molto attento, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione. Prezzi onesti per un’esperienza culinaria di livello. Consigliatissimo

02/07/2025: Avrei messo 0 stelle ma non era possibile.
Ci sono venuta 3 volte tentando di dare più possibilità al locale. Bevande molto buone ma servizio che fa pena. Le donne che vengono a prendere le ordinazioni non sono scontrose di più. Ti rispondono come se fossi loro sorella, facendo facce e facendoti passare anche per scema. Lavorare a contatto con il pubblico non sanno nemmeno cosa vuol dire. I ragazzi alla cassa molto gentili e anche i ragazzi che vengono a prendere le ordinazioni lo sono ma anche qualità prezzo discutibile.(cibo) Posto che si può tranquillamente evitare. Male male male.
10/02/2025: Ottime birre e cucina varia, pizza molto apprezzata e un appunto speciale per il kebab di piselli. Unica pecca camerieri molto cordiali ma impreparati sulle birre, poca conoscenza del loro prodotto di punta e non conoscenza degli abbinamenti cibo/birra scritti in menù. Magari è solo stata una serata no, riproverò!

21/12/2023: Prima di tutto, NON E' UN RISTORANTE... nel senso che non cucinano primi e secondi, ma offrono una eccellente varietà di salumi, formaggi, giardiniera fatta in casa, vino per tutti gusti e tutti i prezzi, ottimi dolci, serviti in una sala appartata e ben arredata. Servizio simpatico e competente, propositivo. Una gradevolissima scoperta che consiglio sinceramente di visitare.
