09/04/2026: Bacchanalia, ladies and gentlemen!! Booked through Booking.com... guaranteed with a credit card. The day before check-in, my daughter got sick. I kindly asked if I could cancel the reservation. No response until the day of check-in. At 12:00 PM on the day of check-in, they debited the full amount of the stay from my account. I kindly requested a refund. They told me that Booking prohibits this procedure. I called Booking.com and they told me that in this case, the amount is usually refunded and that Booking allows this type of procedure. I called the property again and they confirmed they would keep the money. I asked if I could use the stay (already paid for) at another time. They denied this opportunity. I asked if I could get a discount on my next booking (just in principle to get some money back and still be able to stay). They denied this option too. I'll start by saying that the rooms were full... (I understand why...) I accept and offer my considerations. Now I'm requesting a receipt or invoice. They promised to send it, and since January 30th, I haven't received anything!!! I advise these gentlemen to change their profession because this is no way to treat a potential guest or customer. I've truly never had a more negative experience than this!!

08/04/2026: The bar is welcoming, tidy, and clean, and also features a decent-sized outdoor seating area. For breakfast, there's a wide selection of always-fresh, excellent baked goods. You can also grab a quick lunch, choosing from sandwiches and focaccias, or a selection of first and second courses from a modest but excellent menu. I've personally tried practically everything and have always been satisfied. I haven't had a chance to try the aperitivo yet, but it looks promising. The lovely, polite, and friendly staff offer attentive and impeccable service. I go there often because it's always nice to be greeted with a smile. The only downside is the small bathroom, which could use some maintenance.

13/10/2025: I went on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. The barista smelled of sweat at 8:00 a.m.—not a good start to the day. Otherwise, excellent pastries and average coffee. Average price.

21/02/2026: Yesterday they lost two customers. Definitely. A friend of mine and I ordered takeout sandwiches, and the meat was full of connective tissue that was really hard to chew. We even tried the meat on its own, and I can say it had virtually no flavor, a disappointment. This wasn't prime ground beef at all, it wasn't even second-grade, probably third-grade... Unfortunately, I repeat, a total disappointment.

12/02/2026: Second consecutive delivery with inedible meat, no response to emails so far. It's a shame, everything had always gone great in the past, but now there's clearly a problem that needs to be resolved.

11/01/2026: A cabaret of 10 takeaway pastries served by an unhelpful counter attendant... Dry pastries with little filling. Inedible! I wasted €15. Not recommended!
