30/03/2024: Rustic but well-kept tavern, with traditional Romagna dishes (e.g. the classic tagliatelle with meat sauce) and other more particular ones. For example, last time I had some excellent ricotta and spinach gnocchi with raisins, pine nuts and parmesan. A place as genuine as the food it offers. I always go there after visiting the exhibitions at the San Domenico museum, which is right across the street. The only flaw: €3 for a cover charge seems excessive to me.
28/03/2024: Nice restaurant with very good food in the center of Forlì in front of the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition. We had a great time.

The dishes are well prepared and measured, good appetizer, good first course, well-crafted and well-plated desserts, according to those who have eaten, mixed opinions but none bad. I don't care about the price... but I left hungry. Personally I have slightly larger dishes, or slightly lower prices... to stay on average. We are talking about little, but Cesenatico is a beautiful square, there are many restaurants. I forgot, 10 to the very nice and friendly staff and owner, with the spirit of the true Romagna ...

25/03/2024: I had a coffee because it is also a bar and used the toilet which in the 40 year old barracks was much better. All dirty walls smeared by writers, the bartender served the croissants while wiping his nose.

09/02/2024: Dopo svariate volte che vado da Petito non posso che fare un plauso a questo ristorante e al suo staff.
Veramente un’ottima cucina tipica con aggiunte moderne che la innalzano rispetto alle classiche trattorie.
Prezzi nella media, solitamente spendiamo 80-100 in due.
Sicuramente da tornarci, bravi!
08/02/2024: Lunedì pomeriggio, col mio compagno, siamo stati a Forlì per un impegno. Avendo finito presto abbiamo deciso di andare a cena. Cerchiamo un posticino e troviamo questo, con delle buone recensioni. Essendo anche segnalato Michelin avevamo grandi aspettative. Da fuori non male, entriamo e chiediamo se ci fosse un posto per 2 non avendo prenotato. Ancora prima che il cameriere potesse finire di risponderci, ci passa davanti un signore vestito diverso dagli altri quindi abbiamo pensato ad un responsabile/titolare, che in maniera indiscreta prende la parola. Indiscreta perché avevamo già chiesto ed il ragazzo aveva iniziato a parlare quindi non è stato carino interrompere così bruscamente e poteva gestirla un po’ meglio anche di fronte a noi oltre che per educazione. Poi, sentendo che non avevamo prenotato ci risponde con una battuta a riguardo, deridendoci, come se fossimo stati davvero idioti a non farlo o presuntuosi nel pretendere un tavolo senza averlo fatto. Primo, ci siamo capitati per caso e non era prevista la cena fuori, ne abbiamo il diritto e può succedere; secondo, non ci conosci le battute o sono battute oppure te le risparmi se vuoi essere educato e gentile come prevede il tuo ruolo; terzo, se non chiedo come faccio a sapere se ci sono posti liberi, anche qui ne dovrei avere il diritto: quarto sei segnalato a Michelin a maggior ragione mi aspetto un atteggiamento consono a quella targa fuori che da fama e quindi più clienti. Insomma, decisamente un’esperienza PESSIMA ancora prima di aver assaggiato il cibo. Noi non ci torneremo sicuro ma credo che non è il massimo nemmeno per chi li sponsorizza. Davvero triste se penso che quello era il responsabile.

30/03/2024: Saturday morning as a tourist, I state that we have agreements with us. hotel, breakfast with brioche and cream donut much appreciated by my husband, the child took a mignon which he ate whole (which was unusual), I am a vegan with honey and walnuts with a satisfying flavour, coffee and cappuccino were normal.
Cabaret pastries at h. 10 a little low but there is never a shortage of stuffed donuts. The mignon pastries are varied and well produced.
Interesting takeaway dessert display.
Recommended by my husband: the donut is fantastic, well done!

04/03/2024: I feel somewhat embarrassed in having to express an opinion contrary to the vast majority of reviewers.
First opportunity to visit Grillo, deliberate choice of simple dishes, three first courses, including the classic "Tagliatella al ragù", mixed grill and side dishes.
I don't want to evaluate the dishes as such, but to highlight the value for money which I believe overall is not "in line".
I ate a lot of "Tagliatelle al ragù" even much more expensive than the €12.00 paid for the one consumed and leaving aside that it was also a little over cooked, honestly in my/our opinion they are not worth the expense. The same goes for the mixed grilled meat (served in 3 different varieties) a little dry and also small in portion (but this is subjective). So considering the informal Osteria environment, served on a straw paper placemat and paper napkin with attached place setting from €2.50 well.....
Of course, a manager is completely free to charge the prices he deems appropriate and then it's up to everyone to decide whether the cost for a dish is justified or not. Perhaps in this case (but unfortunately like many others) the philosophy of the Osteria is not actually present.
I highlight the service of the waiters: friendly, prepared and present, in any case the informality should be noted; the waiter was dressed in a sweatshirt and tracksuit.
Maybe we caught the evening NO, it fits, but we will be back for other dishes.
04/03/2024: I've been to this place several times, I've tried practically every dish on the menu and off-menu seasonal items, and it has now become the place we go to every time we need to refresh ourselves a bit.
Family atmosphere, quiet and welcoming, suitable for those who are not in a hurry and want to spend an evening without too many worries.
The food is excellent, all handmade and freshly made, which sometimes requires long waiting times due to cooking, but the quality is evident.
As a Tuscan I can without a doubt say that if I want to eat meat as God commands, I have to come here! The maturation and cooking are perfect, without obviously talking about the quality/price ratio, unbeatable in the area.
The desserts are the icing on the cake, all handmade directly by the owner.
In short... what else can I say... I recommend it!

Truly rich and assorted menu, piadinas, salads, not only sweet crêpes, and bruschetta! Bruschetta by the meter, a proposal that cannot be found everywhere. Many flavors available for everyone, even vegetarians.
Quick and kind girls and staff available. Take a trip because it's worth relaxing for both the palate and the view!
07/03/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting this fascinating place in the historic center of Cesenatico, overlooking the suggestive canal port. The panoramic view is truly breathtaking, especially during the summer evenings spent at the outdoor tables. Their distinctive feature is certainly the gourmet bruschetta by the meter, a delight with a vast choice of original flavors that has made this place our favorite summer stop. The staff were friendly, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere. The only drawback might be the closeness of the tables, but the quality of the overall experience easily surpasses this detail. I highly recommend this place for a unique dining experience in Cesenatico.
