10/11/2024: I would say nothing short of exceptional, from the location, furnishings, hospitality, service but above all and fundamentally the dishes of extreme quality, you have never found such good and unique things in all of Italy. For work I often travel to many regions but I must admit that I would return to this restaurant every day, it deserves award stars. Congratulations to the Chef and his wife who, in addition to being the owners, are very pleasant and cheerful people with whom you can also have a nice chat, the restaurant manager Mr. Filippo is extremely professional and has great experience. I will definitely return with important clients and friends.

11/10/2024: Breathtaking location, immersed in the charm of a splendid Roman Domus. The service is simply impeccable. The quality is extraordinary, with refined dishes and generous portions. The price, absolutely justified, reflects the overall excellence of the experience.

26/10/2024: Siamo andati a pranzo per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito...su consiglio di un suo amico... Abbiamo mangiato benissimo materie prime di prima scelta... Ottimo antipasto molto vario...per non parlare dei primi piatti eccellenti...cottura della pasta eccellente. Il servizio buono...il cameriere molto attento alle nostre esigenze molto cordiale. 14/10/2024: Eccellente in tutti i campi. Dall'accoglienza, alla gentilezza, alla professionalità, all'uso di materie prime di ottima qualità e freschezza. Lo Chef Raffaele, coadiuvato dal suo staff produce poesie edibili. Sapori delicati ma anche decisi. Piatti gourmet che nella presentazione sembrano quadri. Lo staff di sala, gentile e disponibile, diretto da Salvatore, sembra danzare tra i tavoli. Presente ma non invadente. La cucina e la sala pare un'orchestra, diretta magistralmente dalla Signora Concetta, sempre disponibile e gentile. Complimenti a tutti. Voi regalate emozioni. Bravi

02/12/2024: Tuesday 11.19.24 a friend, a true Neapolitan, took me to visit Pozzuoli. Once there we headed to the IP petrol station in via Campi Flegrei and I thought about refueling before starting our tour of the city. Instead, leaving the car, we headed to the Chalet 2.0 with a crazy view of the gulf and a panorama that is difficult to forget. We had an aperitif (nothing to say about it) in absolute tranquility with our eyes filling with all the images of this wonderful view. Going out we saw that for lunch there would be gnocchi alla Sorrentina (a delicacy from Campania) and so we promised ourselves we would return to consume them. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Tomato sauce almost non-existent, mozzarella scarce and cut into matchsticks, not even a trace of parmesan and basil and the tragic thing is that they were frozen and not defrosted properly. Other than stringy and with a crust on the surface (which is created for the final gratin in the oven) as I am used to consuming mine, they WERE COLD and inedible. There was no point in protesting, they wouldn't understand. The certain thing is that if I had been in my city I would not have paid the bill unlike my friend who did so to avoid arguing.
