19/10/2025: My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding day at Villa Cimmino, almost two years in advance (we got married on October 10, 2025). We fell in love with it first at the Fiera Tutto Sposi, and then, once we arrived there to confirm everything, we were even more amazed by the beauty of the location, the view from there, and Francesco's kindness.
Everything was perfect: the chef delighted the palates of all our guests, who were blown away by the deliciousness of every single dish; the maitre d' and the wait staff were excellent at managing the timing of the various courses; and finally, a special thanks goes to Chiara and Francesco, who took care of everything down to the smallest detail... it was a perfect day not only for the location but also for the skill and kindness of every single member of the Villa Cimmino staff; you won't find a single rude person here.
We'd love to go back just to relive our wedding here. 💖

16/12/2025: The place is very large, the decor a bit run-down. It has a shabby feel, perhaps because of the low season.
I ordered an octopus salad, a bit cold but not bad, but it was sparse; there was no celery, a few cherry tomatoes, nothing.
Then came the scampi linguine, which was neither praise nor infamy, and a pre-packaged sorbet.
Beautiful plating isn't enough if quality doesn't support the whole!
Overall, I didn't have a bad meal, but the service was truly lacking and unprofessional. The quality-price ratio was very poor: €50 for a beer, an appetizer, and a first course; €6 for a commercial sorbet that costs less than a euro at the supermarket.
And it doesn't end there:
the bill was given on a slip of paper with no fiscal value, without a receipt.
I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: Rude owner. We spent the whole day in the area due to a medical emergency, so we stopped frequently for coffee and drinks at the bar. Every now and then, we needed to use the bathroom to urinate (since the hospital one was temporarily unusable). We asked politely and were told it was fine. We used it three times. On the last occasion, we heard the owner gossiping, but then he told us there were no problems, especially since we were getting something anyway; perhaps paying by card was a problem. Civility and humanity are increasingly rare values; even in the small things they are lacking...

Dovevi procurarti tu le sedie. una Coca cola in lattina 5 euro con 2 stuzzichini vicino che facevano pena. in più il barista (vedendo noi un po piu giovani) ci ha obbligato ad alzarci dicendo che il tavolo era prenotato (l’ha detto solo a noi). siete la vergogna di una città, andateci solo se gli altri bar sono chiusi
10/01/2024: siamo stati il 31 dic, dovevi procurarti tu il tavolo + sedie. 5 euro per una coca senza neanche 2 stuzzichini vicino.
