20/10/2025: The hotel's structure and location are great. The hosts at the reception during check-in and the night shift were super polite — really appreciated that. However, the owner was a bit too strict.
I'm an artist, and I always need a little flexibility with check-out times. I asked her, “What's the latest regular check-out time?” She said 10:30 a.m. I smiled and asked, “Would it be possible to make it 11?” She replied, without a smile, “Yes, but you need to pay 20 euros.”
That was honestly the first time in my life I've been charged just for an extra 30 minutes. Also, it would be great if there were at least some complimentary water in the room. 🙏🏾

Unfortunately, your response demonstrates not so much a difficulty in accepting constructive criticism, but rather a desire to point out rather than listen. Keep emphasizing the word "artist": I mentioned it not to ask for different treatment, but simply to make it clear that I played until late morning, always politely and with a smile. My request for confirmation lasted a minute, not thirty.
If the goal is to be "eco-friendly," then it would have been helpful to specify that there are water dispensers throughout the facility: that's hospitality. Or perhaps you're only used to guests with a lot of free time or tourists who enjoy hiking and can explore everything at their leisure.
I kindly invite you to check out the smell coming from the bathroom: there's obviously something wrong with the plumbing.
Regarding the gym, let me point out that a bicycle, a mat, and a wall with two cables do not constitute a "gym": perhaps it would be more honest to remove this wording from the description out of respect for the guests.
Finally, regarding your barber metaphor: sure, I pay him for my beard, but if I ask him to trim my eyebrows, he certainly doesn't charge extra.
In the hotels I've stayed at before, I've been granted a 30-minute check-out grace period, always with a smile. Do you know why? Because they know what it means to truly welcome and build relationships.
