06/05/2025: We went to the Schloss Rametz restaurant for the first time two weeks ago based on the recommendation that we definitely try the tartare. In addition to the tartare, we chose two daily recommendations: on the one hand, there were homemade gnocchi goat cheese with pulpo and, as the main course, grilled tuna steak on a pea cream that was slightly spicy with wasabi. All dishes were excellently prepared and seasoned. The wine recommendation also completely convinced us! Passarina wine from the Marche! The friendly, very attentive service and the good advice together with the first-class preparation and quality of the food were a highlight of our stay in Meran! We were thrilled, can definitely recommend the Rametz and will definitely come back! Warm greetings from Germany!

19/05/2025: I've never experienced a waitress who was so happy and enjoyed her work. This joy seemed to have spread to the kitchen, too, as the pizza tasted delicious. I'd love to come back for this delicious treat 🤌🏻
