22/12/2024: I would have rated this stay 6 stars if I could have. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and had the absolute best time. We came for the Christmas markets and got to take the cable car down from the hotel to town. It’s an easy walk to town from the cable car stop. Once we were good and cold we came back to enjoy the hot tub and the best dinner at the restaurant. The hotel staff are so kind. The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. The wine list is amazing, and they were very accommodating to our dog who was a last minute addition to the trip. We will be back for sure!

28/12/2024: Place in the center of Bolzano, slightly out of the way but very close to the central square and the markets, in fact its non-centrality is appreciated as it is less chaotic.
It is advisable to book as the place, despite being large, is very well known and therefore popular.
Food: I didn't, I ate a mushroom risotto (marked as a specialty of the period) which was not good enough not so much for the mushrooms but for the cooking of the rice. The pizzas are good though. Good and present service.
Quite long waiting times due to the high number of customers and the (pre-Christmas) period.
Price slightly lower than my expectations given the location (beautiful and suggestive) and the centrality..

wir wurden vom Manager nicht respektiert, weil wir bezahlt haben und nicht das erhalten haben, was vereinbart war
04/01/2025: Tuvimos buenas pizzas (los sabores especiales son ligeramente caros, pero vale la pena). Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue bastante triste: el propietario y su familia (que dirigen el lugar) estaban estresados y gruñones. Fueron educados con los clientes, pero fue muy inquietante ver que se gritaban enojados entre sí.

13/07/2024: L’endroit ne paye pas de mine mais vraiment ne pas hésiter un accueil chaleureux un large choix de plats du monde entier mention spéciale au Bryani qui nous a tous régaler :)
