04/11/2025: We had lunch at Restaurant Rametz at the end of the season. The restaurant was practically empty and therefore very quiet. Besides the concise menu, the very friendly staff recommended several specialties. The menu includes both meat and fish dishes. The prices are on the higher end, but the food is consistently beautifully presented and tastes excellent. The wine list is highly recommended; it truly offers something for every palate. Rametz isn't a tourist hotspot, which is exactly why it suited us perfectly. We will definitely visit Restaurant Rametz again.

23/09/2025: Great restaurant with excellent food. The owner is a meat sommelier, and it really shows. I had one of my best burgers yet. The pizzas are also excellent. Definitely my first, but not my last, visit there!

15/10/2025: We were really looking forward to eating here. Years ago, we had a delicious meal here. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed on October 15, 2025, with no mention of it on their website, Google, or Facebook. There was a sign outside stating they were closed. Disappointing, as we had driven half an hour to get there.

07/10/2025: The reception was very friendly, and even without a reservation, we managed to get a table for four people. (You have to be lucky sometimes.) The food (pizza) was super delicious and more than enough. Great hospitality and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely be back. 22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 03/11/2025: Five stars are not enough to rate this place. Staying there was an eleven-star experience! Everything in Gasthof Kohlern invites you to slowly appreciate the beauty of life: the natural environment, with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains; the cuisine, with delicious and refined dishes, the wines, the breakfasts; the simple elegance of the rooms; the peace and quiet; and last but not least, the generous and considerate kindness of the staff. Viele Dank: you make this place a perfect combination of charming and soothing.

02/12/2025: Excellent hotel, attentive service and reception staff. Strategic location for visiting public attractions, close to the train station. A varied breakfast, excellent food, excellent cleanliness, and friendly staff who cater to guests' needs. I will definitely return. A special thanks to all the staff.

30/10/2025: This was our second visit. The food is really good. Unfortunately, that's where the positive impressions end. Upon entering, we practically had to beg for attention to be seated. Reluctantly, we were given a table in the almost empty restaurant. When we asked for a drinks menu, we were told there wasn't one, and that seemed to be the end of the conversation. It remained unclear what we wanted to drink. My companion then asked for five drinks, of which only one was available. After a brief inquiry, I ordered my schnitzel with roasted potatoes. I received it with fries without any explanation. When I was almost finished, my companion received the pizza. Unfortunately, no one asked about our drinks or how we were feeling at any point during the entire meal, right up until we paid. We were treated like a burden. We've rarely felt so uncomfortable when planning a nice evening. As other negative reviews indicate, the owners don't seem open to reflection or insight. It's a shame. It doesn't do justice to the friendly and welcoming residents of Deutschnofen.
