23/09/2025: Great restaurant with excellent food. The owner is a meat sommelier, and it really shows. I had one of my best burgers yet. The pizzas are also excellent. Definitely my first, but not my last, visit there!

15/10/2025: We were really looking forward to eating here. Years ago, we had a delicious meal here. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed on October 15, 2025, with no mention of it on their website, Google, or Facebook. There was a sign outside stating they were closed. Disappointing, as we had driven half an hour to get there.

07/10/2025: The reception was very friendly, and even without a reservation, we managed to get a table for four people. (You have to be lucky sometimes.) The food (pizza) was super delicious and more than enough. Great hospitality and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely be back. 22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 26/08/2025: A good restaurant with good food, both pizza and everything else. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was the wait for some dishes, which was definitely too long, and it should also be good manners to serve everyone at a table at the same time. I understand it's difficult for the kitchen and the pizza chef to synchronize, but the last dishes arrived long after those who had ordered pizza had finished eating. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

I felt that I kept checking the status of the table, and it was a meal that made me feel so good because of the service His name is JEFF !!! :). 26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!
