27/12/2024: no, no and no!, evening with free entry and in the end you paid €10, after having delayed the opening by even 1 hour from 11pm to 3am as scheduled, in the end they made us stay from 12.30am to 2am, unacceptable, lack of drinks and arrogant staff, never again! irresponsible owner and zero care for the customer and the place

27/12/2024: I went to Talessa nightclub with very high expectations, but I was extremely disappointed. Let's start with the entrance: interminable queue and a confusing access system that made us waste a lot of time. Once inside, the environment did not meet expectations at all. The music, instead of being engaging and of good quality, was monotonous and too loud, so much so that it made even a simple conversation difficult. The lighting was excessive and annoying, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a fun one. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired: the bathrooms were dirty and the floor looked neglected. The staff was also rude and unhelpful, making the experience even more frustrating. Furthermore, the prices of the drinks were exorbitant for the quality offered. To top it off, security management seemed sloppy, with few controls and too large a crowd for such a small space. In summary, Talessa is not at all the place I expected. I strongly advise against this nightclub to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-organised experience. I will never go back there again!

17/08/2024: Bricco e Bacco was the best meat restaurant I have ever eaten at in Italy--I have been coming to Italy every year for the past 40 years. Just exquisite. Delicious food, excellent service, stunningly rustic space just off the main piazza in Monreale. There is no way to recommend this place highly enough. It is a "Must" for meat lovers in Sicily. 11/08/2024: Prenotiamo un tavolo, arriviamo, decidiamo cosa prendere.. fin qui tutto bene. Iniziamo ad ordinare e in modo quasi ironico, ci viene detto che quel piatto manca, dunque molti di noi rivedono il menù, scelgo un secondo e di questo mi viene detto che forse non c’è la possibilità, dopo verifiche vi erano disponibili solo 3 porzioni. Probabilmente la cena sarebbe andata in modo diverso se su 5 primi e 5 secondi da menu non ne sarebbero mancati 1/3. La qualità del cibo non la metto in discussione perché la carne era ottima. Tuttavia il personale poteva quantomeno avvisare, una volta fatti sedere, che molti piatti da menu erano terminati.
