04/11/2025: It was a pleasant day spent with friends at this restaurant. We enjoyed delicious, carefully prepared dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, perfect for enjoying each other's company. The owner, Nicola, and his staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to try other dishes from their interesting menu.

25/11/2025: My wife and I stopped for a quick stop on the way home, thinking we'd be quick since there was almost no one in the dining room. But after taking our order, the waiter stopped to say hello and chat with some other people who seemed like friends who had arrived in the meantime. After a while, he remembered us and asked us to reorder because he'd forgotten the dishes we'd ordered. After finally receiving our dishes, my wife asked for salt, which never arrived! Another customer near our table, having received the same treatment, commented, "I'm getting up and leaving now!" We asked for the bill at the cash register without even ordering coffee because, given the previous situation, we probably would have had to wait another hour!

23/11/2025: Average food, but terrible service. We waited a long time when we arrived because the older waiter was busy chatting with other people. After eating the first course, we waited over an hour before being asked to order the second course again. When the second course finally arrived, I asked for lemon, but it was never brought. A disappointing experience.

15/09/2025: Excellent food, large portions, and a wide selection! We grabbed a quick lunch, being passing through, and were very satisfied.

27/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during our vacation in Manfredonia and it was a pleasant discovery: great prices and good food. I absolutely recommend the meatballs. We also had the baked pasta and lasagna and were completely satisfied. When we return to Manfredonia, we'll definitely stop by again for takeout.

11/10/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Sale e Pepe restaurant in San Giovanni Rotondo, and the experience was simply superb. ​Let's start with the food: the food is excellent! It's clear that the chef and his team know their stuff, with dishes that showcase the flavors and ingredients. ​However, it's in the dining room that the magical, secret ingredient of this place comes into play: Elena and Antonio. ​From the first moment, they make you feel at ease, as if you were at the home of old friends. Antonio stands out for his innate charm combined with impeccable professionalism, expertly guiding you through your choices. Elena, originally from Naples, has that extra something: not only is she welcoming and spontaneous, but she also stands out for her great professionalism and expert service, which greatly enrich the customer experience. ​Highly recommended for those looking not only for excellent food, but also for a warm welcome and high-quality service! 18/09/2025: We dine here as we stay at the Gran Paradiso hotel. It is in the same level with the hotel lobby. Service and atmosphere are excellent, waiters were attentive and fast eventhough we were not speaking Italian. Food are just okay to our liking. Beers are nice.

24/09/2025: Overall, a good experience. The place is well-kept and welcoming, the service attentive, and the owner very helpful. I appreciated the overall quality of the food, although the first course, despite its simplicity, didn't particularly wow me: it could have used a little more flair to stand out. I must say that I stopped for work, so I wasn't able to try other dishes. I'll definitely return and try other dishes to confirm or update my review. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement.

18/07/2025: We were there for work, and were welcomed as if we were their grandchildren. The owners, Filippo and Rosaria, are two genuine, hard-working people who do everything they can to make their guests feel welcome and cared for, as do their daughters who help them, who are also tireless. After 15 days, we were sad to leave them; we felt at home. We returned two years later, again for work. The place has been completely renovated, but fortunately the spirit hasn't. I will return as soon as possible, and we will continue to return. Thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do. If you pass through Roseto, you can't miss this place.
