26/02/2025: We were welcomed for dinner by smiling and extremely kind staff: impeccable service both in terms of friendliness and in explaining and describing the dishes on offer. Surprisingly tasty dishes! I particularly recommend the pea hummus. To accompany it we had a glass of wine (perhaps the only negative note of the evening) and a pleasant hot mint tea. Finally we also tried one of their coffee blends, a pleasant discovery! Prices are very modest for the overall experience offered. We will definitely be back, we had a great time!

07/02/2025: Excellent business dinner in this restaurant in the Gran Madre area. Precise and punctual service, in a minimalist and modern location. Excellent quality of products and menu, with great attention to celiac customers. I recommend the risotto!

06/03/2025: Excellent quality of raw materials, tasty dishes made very well. The slightly too chaotic environment, lower lights and a little music would create a more appropriate atmosphere. Young staff should be trained on the now widespread various intolerances such as gluten. I don't see it as a big commitment to have crackers or breadsticks available for celiacs and the facility would certainly gain more points.

03/03/2025: Cold environment in the true sense of the word. Went on Sunday evening with friends for the first time. After a long wait and with the staff passing by without stopping, we placed the order: 2 focaccias, 1 pizza and 1 fried fish. The bread arrives for the fish dish and after 10m the 2 bottles of water and the beers arrive... but shouldn't the drink arrive immediately? I don't know!!! The fried food arrives and my friends tell me to eat because otherwise it would have been cold and after 15 m their pizzas arrive. The focaccias with frozen cherry tomatoes and mozzarella and the buffalo pizza with double tomato 🤣 maybe they forgot to mark DOUBLE. Perhaps there were too many people to manage or perhaps the staff is not well trained but not even the landlady asked us how we had found ourselves when paying the bill. Rejected! Ah, the customers near us are the same process…. She gets the fried food and 15m later he gets the pizza! 😱😱😱

02/03/2025: Large place, pleasant to look at, tidy.. the wait staff was pleasant, polite, prepared... we ate the pizza with some friends... mine had a multigrain dough which was very delicate and light... as were the other diners' pizzas.... but the best part was when the desserts arrived... I took the Tarte tatin... it pains me to say it but even better than mine... praise praise praise... I will definitely be back...

03/03/2025: We enjoyed a post-Opera dinner here and would gladly return 👌 The concept of Italian / Sushi is pretty original. I had the 5 course sushi menu and sir had the 5 course fish menu. We accompanied with a bottle of Nebbiolo and cocktails. Besides dishes coming out at different times, it was fresh and delicious and for the location, the price can’t be beat. It’s a perfect follow-up to an opera, highly recommended!
