04/10/2025: Small but very refined, the atmosphere is inviting. You can dine at a classic table or in the traditional way, sitting on the floor and eating with your hands. The menu is excellent, with several appetizer choices and three main courses, including a vegetarian option. The staff is friendly and cheerful, with a wonderful customer service attitude. The food is spectacular, and the service is incredibly fast. Obviously, given the limited seating, reservations are highly recommended. Excellent choice for those looking to try something new. Highly recommended 🤩

26/09/2025: Truly amazing! A 360° immersive experience. We ate sitting on the floor, using our hands (which I absolutely recommend), although you can also sit at the table with forks. Truly delicious and flavorful food, impeccable service, and incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is charming. I'll definitely be back!

19/10/2025: Terrible service (they carried bottles of water to the table under their armpits). Only three of the four pizzas arrived, and after asking about them, the fourth arrived a quarter of an hour later, incorrect and incredibly salty. Terrible grilled meat and raw vegetables on the side. The coffee order was also wrong. A disaster.

15/09/2025: We celebrated our wedding on Saturday, September 13, 2025. The location was stunning, elegant, and refined, managed by highly competent staff, including the owner, Barbara, and the venue's wedding planner, Bruna. It was a wonderful wedding, starting with the ceremony in their park where we celebrated our symbolic wedding ceremony. The decor was stunning, and the food was excellent, from the aperitif to the personalized menu and the wedding cake, which was absolutely delicious! The waiters were truly attentive, thoughtful, and polite, and to make sure we didn't miss a thing, DJ Rolex, who collaborates with the venue, played music and entertained us and our guests with fun games throughout the evening. What can I say? A fantastic wedding that we will always remember, thanks also to all the staff at La Sorgente. The bride and groom Michele and Michela 🙏🏻❤️

13/09/2025: I've been eating lunch at Ristorante La Piazza on the second floor of Piazza dei Mestier on Via Jacopo Durandi in Turin for a couple of times recently. The food is sparse, and of mediocre quality. The staff is inattentive, despite Piazza dei Mestieri being a training ground for chefs and waiters. The prices are high for the quality and quantity. The only positives are the beautiful terrace and the well-maintained location. I don't think I'll be going there again.

11/10/2025: Beautiful place, clean and well-decorated, with excellent staff. The food was excellent, with many different pizzas and a wide selection of starters, main courses, and, of course, desserts. I RECOMMEND TRYING IT!

29/09/2025: We've been coming here since I was a child. A welcoming and well-kept restaurant, with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The kitchen offers traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared with great attention to ingredients and presentation. Don't miss the rich and varied mixed appetizers and the homemade first courses, always plentiful and tasty. When it's mushroom season, you absolutely must try their dishes with delicious fresh mushrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive without ever being intrusive. A good selection of wines and truly delicious desserts. Fair prices for the quality and quantity offered. A highly recommended place in Giaveno for those seeking authentic Piedmontese cuisine with a touch of elegance.

17/08/2025: We went as a family (6 adults + 2 children) for lunch. We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent. The staff was very kind and the location was enchanting. After lunch, we adults stayed at the table for coffee and a few liqueurs while the kids went to play in the park. Excellent solution :-) Everyone was happy! I recommend it.

15/08/2025: Today August 15th I took an inedible fish menu. It should be communicated that it is fish with bones, so since you don't clean it, at least I would have taken something else. Many people were complaining about the waitress service. She forgot to ask for water at the table in front of us. First they brought us some dishes and then no, sorry, it wasn't for you. Zero organization. They will never see me again. When I checked the bill, the girl said I'll take 30 euros off you. In the end, she didn't take anything off. I paid to eat nothing. The location was nice, but the food wasn't either.

04/10/2025: Retirement party, good food, fast and friendly waiters, nice atmosphere. The only flaw is that they could have at least offered coffee and a liqueur for the price...

30/09/2025: The staff are friendly and attentive, and they speak several languages. The quality of the food is very good-I especially enjoyed the Kabab. It was a little dry for my taste, but they quickly brought me some butter and it was perfect. The design is cosy and creates a pleasant atmosphere for dining. It is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!

The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and attentive and professional service that makes you feel truly pampered. The cuisine is a perfect balance of Piedmontese tradition and modern creativity. Each dish is presented with exquisite refinement and surprises with the quality of the ingredients and the precision of the flavors. The risotto and veal cheek were exceptional. The wine list is extensive and well-researched, with excellent options. A high-end gastronomic experience in an environment where passion and professionalism reign supreme. Highly recommended for both a romantic dinner and a special occasion.

On Sunday evening, a manager called us asking if we could change rooms. 03/10/2025: The perfect place to eat surrounded by peaceful nature along the river. The staff is truly wonderful; they're friendly, very active, and attentive. All the cutlery is compostable, and all waste is recyclable! Quick and original dishes. Must try!
