01/05/2026: Wonderful breakfast in the heart of Rome. My friends and I felt pampered by the simply excellent service. The woman who served us (we didn't ask her name; she had dark hair and a few tattoos) was incredibly kind and friendly. The lemon special of the month is highly recommended.
01/05/2026: DISASTER!
We received terrible service.
We ordered three savory dishes and three pastries.
One of the three dishes arrived after 10 minutes; we had to ask several times and waited 45 minutes for the other savory dishes.
As for the pastries, they brought the last ones we had ordered from the next table—of course, Italians—who arrived after us.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

16/12/2025: We were in Monserrato for some sightseeing, and it was getting late, so we spotted this pizzeria on the street. What can I say? Immediate and super friendly service, fair prices, and very good pizzas. 🤗😋❤ Congratulations!

12/06/2025: Muy baja calidad de los ingredientes excepto la carbonara, la salsa del risoto de mar sabe al tomate más barato de tu supermercado. El tratar con trufa y queso no me ha gustado nada. Habiéndo conudo en más de 15 restaurantes ha sido en el que más extranjera me sentido. Estaba tan defraudada que no tenía ganas de probar postre. Además es caro.
The ingredients were very low quality, except for the carbonara. The seafood risotto sauce tasted like the cheapest tomato sauce you'd find at your local supermarket. I didn't like the truffle and cheese treatment at all. Having tried more than 15 restaurants, this was the one where I felt most like a foreigner. I was so disappointed that I didn't want to try dessert. It's also expensive.

13/04/2026: We visited this restaurant last week.It was our first restaurant during our Rome visit. We got our seats in no time as this is quite big place. We ordered our drinks and food.we finished our food and we still were waiting for our drinks..after many reminders we got our drink. And then further we waited to pay our bill for atleast 40mintues. We were keep requesting for payment but staff was ignoring, and no one was really coming.It was so frustrating because we got late for our next appointment because of their late service.
Seriously,we would not recommend this place to anyone. Thankyou .

27/03/2026: A nice place to stop for a quick coffee or snack. I had a coffee and a croissant, and both were good with normal prices. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere inside was pleasant and comfortable. They also have a large selection of pastries and different types of pizza, so there are plenty of options if you want something more filling. Overall, a good spot for a quick bite or a relaxing coffee break.
04/03/2026: Extremely rude staff. We enter through a broken and faulty "automatic" door, and instead of worrying about our safety, the cashier warns us to be careful not to break it. A very precarious wheelchair ramp at the entrance does the rest. We order a coffee and a pastry: the waiter picks up the pastry WITH HIS BARE HANDS and places it on the coffee saucer. There you go, you eat that, and now you'll watch the sliding door close, bidding farewell to old customers. Terrible, rude, dirty.
GLOVES, SERVING TOGGLES, NAPKINS. HAPPY FAILURE

14/04/2026: Shame on this place. We were staying in an hôtel next to La Griffe. Sunday evening, there was a private party on the rooftop on La Griffe, with music super super loud!! The whole neighborhood had to bear the pain!! A shame!! You are not alone in this world!! And despite the visit of the police, crazy music until almost midnight disturbing hundreds of people around!! Impossible for the rest of the people in the area to sleep. Shame on you
12/04/2026: Great location strategically, for visiting Rome and surrounding towns via Termini as well as for shopping, but a tad too loud in the evenings because of neighboring bars.
Cleaning service and reception desk excellent, breakfast however can be better for a 4-star hotel: been to Rome multiple times (seven), this felt more like a 3-star breakfast.

30/06/2025: I stopped here once before Castel Sant’Angelo, on Via della Conciliazione. The coffee was okay, probably because they use Illy brand. I had one espresso and one orange juice al banco (no table service), and they charged me €6.90. I still don’t understand how that was calculated.
The orange juice wasn’t fresh and the glass was only 2/3 full.
But the worst part was the attitude of the two baristas – no hello, no “please”, just a very rude and arrogant way of dealing with people.
I’ve honestly never seen a place with so many bad reviews. That made me feel like my experience wasn’t just a one-time thing. Seems like most people are unhappy with the quality and service.
The location is amazing, but sadly, like many places near tourist landmarks, they don’t care about quality or customer experience. It feels more like a tourist trap.
14/06/2025: Ordered 1 bruschetta that didn’t have a price, got 2 instead (and charged) then got charged for 2 prossuito and cheese and spent $90 on this crap. The waiter insisted on a tip ina country that doesn’t require tips and got upset when I handed him my change for him standing at the door. Awful service, crap food and wasn’t worth the air conditioning we wanted to pay for. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE
