18/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a quiet area, and the interior is very spacious. Four of us came for lunch on a Saturday and, at the manager's suggestion (?), wanted to try the house specials. It was a perfect choice: I wasn't thrilled with the lamb ragù, but the rest of the food was exceptionally good, even though I'm not a fan of spices. The meat was delicious, and the various legume-based sauces paired perfectly with the stew. I didn't particularly appreciate the traditional bread (too spongy), the papaya/coconut/mango desserts, or the special coffee they have, the name of which I can't remember (spiced with ginger and cumin). The wild fennel bread, however, is worth it. Worth a try, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering it's in Bologna: €90, including drinks, for four of us. We ate a lot.
16/09/2025: A dinner that was a true journey to Africa! The flavors are authentic and rich, the dishes are carefully prepared and truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of atmosphere, making you feel like you've been transported directly to the African continent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for those who want to discover new culinary traditions without leaving Bologna.

23/09/2025: The only remaining, well-functioning macrobiotic restaurant.
Everything is carefully tested and meticulously designed.
If you choose random dishes, you'll get a mix of flavors, but you risk spending way too much. Like we did the first time.
However, they also have a very balanced and plentiful daily special that includes soup, a vegetable platter, rice and pasta, and various salads at a very reasonable price. You can then add dishes to share. The result is satisfying and the price is excellent. Bread and wine are also available if you like, and dessert.

11/09/2025: Came here with some colleagues and the food was excellent. All the vegetarian and vegan starters were delicious and the squid ink spaghetti with clams was some of the best pasta I've had in a while. Nice wine and all the staff were really friendly.

10/09/2025: At the recommendation of a friend of mine, we came here with him and some other friends to try their dishes and also listen to the musicians playing there, as we did every night, if I'm not mistaken. The place is spacious, right in the city center. The service could be improved, as I found it slow at times, though the waitresses were always friendly and helpful. The music was very nice, but I have to admit that I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the dishes.
We ordered:
- balanzoni with mushrooms, which I didn't like, both because the mortadella mousse was barely noticeable and because the overall flavor, in my opinion, wasn't very great due to the pairing with the mushrooms.
- passatelli with parmesan cream and prosciutto, not bad, although the parmesan cream was a bit bland.
- eggplant tart with tomato sauce, not bad but nothing special.
- Cotoletta alla Bolognese rejected because it was too salty for both the ham and the cheese.
The thing that strikes me most is that with two first courses, a second course, an appetizer, and water, we spent almost €45 each... which was absolutely excessive, both for the quality of the dishes and because we didn't get anything that "expensive" on the market...
I have to say the music was okay, but the food wasn't.

21/11/2025: I have Visited this place late at night. Around 11pm. Ordered takeaway pizza Nordica. It was ok. Nothing to rave about.
04/11/2025: I arrived, as always, alone and without a reservation, and was at my table within 15 minutes.
Everything was perfect.

14/10/2025: Got food in the restaurant that you enter from the hotel, ordered burgers and chips when the food arrived the burgers were raw and stone cold we said we couldn't eat this food ,He started to get mad and waving his hands around and said he could reheat it we said no we didn't want it we will just pay for the drinks and we did not touch the food , when to pay for the drinks he said we had to pay for the food we said we are not paying for the food as we did not touch the food and it was raw he replied he would call the police which he did we were there for over an hour haven't discussion with the police he wanted us arrested the receptions from the hotel came in looking for our room number so he could charge us for the food we said you're not charging it to our room as we did not read the food if this happened anywhere else you would get an apology and not be threatened with the police we have photos and video evidence of all of this which was totally totally disgraceful the waiter started recording us as we set waiting for the police, we do not know what story they told the police outside the said we had to pay for the food which I said I not paying for a service I did not receive and if you want to arrest us you can which he changed these mind as I said this is the graceful for the police to be called over a burger so we paid for our drinks and left, the hotel reception said it I had nothing to do with him but he still got involved in it, Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the hotel and restaurant please stay away you have been warned.Your remarks are absolutely disgraceful and Racist remarks for all Irish people considered there so many Italian people live in Ireland and are held in Great respect.
We videoed the hold situation ,saying that we were drunk and an abusive that is very strange considering the police apologized to us and we did not have to pay you and the police were ashamed to come out over a burger. If anyone would like a copy of the video please get in touch with me

23/11/2025: Embarrassing bar with embarrassing service. I walked in with some friends at 10:30 PM. Two of us ordered hot chocolate, and they told us they couldn't make it without explanation. When we asked for an explanation, they told us the cafeteria was busy and they couldn't make it (a ridiculous explanation. One, because it's not the customer's problem; two, if I ask for something and pay for it even with the extra charge for the time because after 9 PM the price was higher, there's no way you won't make it for me because it's ridiculous. Instead, tell me you've finished it). But the climax was reached when some guys came in afterwards and I saw them serving three hot chocolates at the counter in two minutes... moral of the story: no apology for what happened, and never again in this place!

The staff is friendly and helpful.
I recommend it.

05/11/2025: Rude and rude, everyone included, even the security ones, they didn't live up to some regulations... even after paying the entrance fee they forced you to enter only if you put your jacket or a coat in the cloakroom, which there is absolutely no obligation to use, moreover it was not highlighted, an absurd rip-off, in addition to the 20 euro entrance fee they also wanted the two euros for the cloakroom otherwise you were left outside, something never seen before, plus they weren't even aware of some regulations... I speak as a G.P.G. (Armed Security Guard) I have already reported it to the prefecture and the police headquarters!!!
19/10/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at this place was very negative. Last night, I and other Tunisian guys were turned away even though we had reservations. The manager clearly stated that Tunisians aren't allowed because "they always cause problems."
This is discriminatory and racist behavior that doesn't reflect the values of respect and equality. It's unacceptable to be judged solely on your nationality.
