21/09/2025: Excellent dishes: the risotto with Soave wine and caciocavallo cheese was wonderful, light yet flavorful. The zucchini absolute with its crispy flower was also delicious, not to mention the sugoli tart, typical of this season. You could definitely taste it was homemade. Recommended!
12/08/2025: Staying for a couple of days in Soave... looking for typical yet "original" restaurants, we found it all at the inn.
Excellent, refined cuisine and great expertise...we tried the chef's surprise tasting menu...we couldn't have made a better choice....
Highly recommended....
