20/08/2025: A great evening at Vecchio Ristoro. All the dishes were tasty, creative, and varied. Everything from A to Z is 100% homemade, using traceable and local ingredients as much as possible, and the service was very warm and informative! We also had some wonderful wine discoveries, with several gems from the Aosta Valley. The restaurant is clearly above many French 1-star Michelin restaurants, so we hope to get a second one soon, given all the hard work and talent! Thanks again!

01/09/2025: Last meal of our trip and absolutely the best pasta in Aosta! Little misunderstanding of takeaway meal, but staff handled the situation well. Give a pay rise to the guy with the bow! Grazie!

12/09/2025: We came here three times during our trip because we loved it so much. Delicious pizzas and tiramisu. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

09/09/2025: After a long hike, we stopped at this restaurant. The pizza was quite good, while unfortunately, the pasta seemed a bit tasteless. With a little more staff, the service could probably be improved. The atmosphere was rather noisy, so it wasn't easy to have a conversation. It's not the kind of place we would return to.
