Ci siamo sentite accolte e coccolate dal proprietario al personale ma soprattutto dalle pietanze .. tutto era ottimo ..si possono sentire tutti i sapori ma tutto si lega alla perfezione. Grande impegno sulla ricerca della qualità che viene servita sapientemente. Un misto fra Sicilia e Umbria sapori antichi trattati in modo moderno e innovativo, il tutto fatto a mano da lui compresi pane pasta e dolci. Non è stata una semplice cena ma ..un viaggio. Complimenti..!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti.

19/06/2025: It is a resort where you can relax comfortably. We stayed in a room with a sauna, and the sauna operation method was intuitive and worked well, so it relieved fatigue. The pool was also close and clean. This resort produces wine and olive oil, which you can purchase. You can taste the wine and olive oil at the restaurant. The white wine and olive oil were good. The restaurant was also quite reasonably priced and the taste was even better. The view was also very pretty. And, as expected from a wine resort, the sommelier explained the wine seriously, which was even better. I think it would be a good choice for honeymooners. We stayed in the annex, and although the restaurant and breakfast are not too far away, it might be a hassle to go there often. However, it is quieter and has more charm. I used the annex pool, and after using the restaurant, I went to the main building pool, which seemed similar in size. I recommend the annex more.

19/06/2025: If you rent a car in Florence or Rome, it would be a good idea to stop by Orvieto and stay at this resort for a full day of rest. It is not a traditional agriturismo, but the rooms are spacious and modern, and you can enjoy the pool while looking at a good view. As it is a wine resort, you can taste good wines within the resort, and the food at the restaurant inside the resort is delicious and the price is reasonable.

17/06/2025: Experience based on raw fish. Presentation with attention to plating and display. As a second course I had tuna cooked 5 times, from tartare to fully cooked. Excellent, worth trying. In the meantime, some appetizers are served. I highly recommend.

12/06/2025: Special, refined and particular food. I recommend it to those who want to try something different from the usual. I took the raw food menu, fantastic. Warning, the portions are not large but it is really worth it!

Locale davvero molto piacevole e accogliente dove puoi goderti tranquillamente la tua serata. Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti tra cui la tartare, il tortino di carciofi, puré di fave,passatelli in brodo e dolci.... Tutto MERAVIGLIOSO! COMPLIMENTI Francesca! Personale molto gentile. 21/06/2025: Beautiful hotel, charming and completely original. The rooms have a fantastic view of the village and the surrounding valleys. A terrace overlooking Umbria. The restaurant led by Chef Giancarlo Polito is unmissable: with his highly trained staff he always manages to surprise with exciting and high-level proposals, with excellent raw materials. The cellar is superb. If that wasn't enough, connected to the Locanda there is Tipico, a 100% Umbrian trattoria that is truly one of a kind.
