29/08/2025: We had dinner in this restaurant, quite nice, we waited (for the first course) 30 minutes, good typical Trentino dishes, very good whole shank, drinks a little expensive, food overall good

03/09/2025: It's not the cabin you'd expect. We're usually used to traditional cabins where the service and food are mostly prepared by them. Not here, it's self-service, just like lunch at Ikea. Many dishes are already prepared, others are cooked to order. Only the staff, especially the cashier, were really kind. Otherwise, I'd go further for lunch.

22/07/2025: We went to the Zefiro restaurant for a special occasion. Everything, from the food to the hospitality, was perfect. The waiters were helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in explaining the dishes the chef was preparing. Traditional Trentino dishes, revisited with a modern twist! Very interesting. At the end of the evening, we also had the opportunity to chat with the chef, a very pleasant and, obviously, very knowledgeable person. We will be back. Thank you for a pleasant evening. 12/05/2025: Excellent atmosphere and service. The restaurant is located in a slightly hidden corner of one of the small squares on the shore overlooking Lake Garda, surrounded by historic buildings. The prawns in salt were good while the cacio e pepe risotto with tuna tartare did not convince us, the tuna completely overwhelmed by the other flavours. However, rice cooking and creaming were perfect. Good prices compared to the quality of the food and the location

15/08/2025: I fell in love with this place years ago. The welcome, courtesy, and friendliness of the owner and her daughters (whose names I don't remember) is unique to me. The food, I'd say, is excellent! The cabbage gnocchi are unforgettable, the cured meat exquisite. Once I wanted a change, I chose a pizza...I'll always remember it. Thank you so much, I hope to visit you again soon.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

28/08/2025: An absolute guarantee in Madonna di Campiglio. We've been customers for many years, and every time we visit Madonna di Campiglio, it's a must-visit. The restaurant is beautiful, with a quaint, yet very well-lit basement. The wine list is excellent, with a nice selection of wines and reasonable prices. The other items are organized in a very original and clearly visible way. The food is absolutely excellent, and all the dishes we've tried over the years are noteworthy. The tartare deserves special mention, prepared and seasoned to order, a true delicacy. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable.

26/08/2025: Excellent restaurant in the main square of Madonna di Campiglio. The menu has a good variety, and everything we ate was excellent! The open kitchen is lovely. I recommend making a reservation during busy periods. They usually have live music as well.

08/03/2025: Locale pulito ed accogliente con attenzione anche ai più piccoli (fasciatoio, bicchieri plastica, menù baby, seggiolone grande e bavaglino). Personale gentile e sorridente. Menu con ampia scelta. Abbiamo preso stinco e formaggio alla piastra tutti buonissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Prenotate!
