Perhaps to be meticulous you should serve the pizza on hot plates but I understand it's not easy. Good prices. Advised

05/04/2025: al termine di una piacevole sciata,,,quasi direttamente con gli sci ai piedi...ecco il superchalet valbona.....c'e' di tutto e tutto di ottima qualita'(nella terrazza dello chalet ho gustato anchw le ostriche francesi con il prosecco di Valdobbiadene !!)..pizze,panini di tutti i tipi,polentta goulash e funghi,insalatone,cotolette etc etc con birre alla spina di tutti i tipi e buffet di salumi,formaggi e dolci.Ritrovo super anche per i non sciatori,,,aperto e consigliatissimo anche nel periodo estivo.

Abbiamo assaggiato un tagliere di speck e formaggi locali a dir poco strepitosi, per non parlare dei wurstel! C'é anche una buona scelta di birre artigianali. La prossima volta che saremo a Moena ci torneremo sicuramente

02/01/2025: Andateci, merita. Cibo di alta qualità fatto in casa e ottimo anche il pane di segale fornito da mi produttore locale. Per chi ama i posti intimi e autentici e non quelli che assecondano la moda del momento (qui la tovaglia c’è). Consigliatissimo.

02/04/2025: Locale carino in stile antico. Cena da rivedere, pesce non fresco. Abbiamo pagato 50€ a testa per due antipasti, due primi e una bottiglia di vino. Cozze annegato nel sugo, non si sentiva il sapore del mare. La pasta con le vongole era una comunissima pasta con l'olio. Probabilmente materia prima non buona. Nonostante la nostra sincerità con i camerieri, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna buona e dovuta azione alla cassa. Non lo consiglio a chi cerca una buona cena di pesce.

03/02/2025: Se non fosse stato per la maleducazione di un cameriere, probabilmente questa recensione l' avrei evitata. Domenica,ora di pranzo, ristorante pieno. Mia mamma ed io avevamo messo in conto che il tempo di attesa sarebbe stato più lungo del solito. Ordiniamo due primi di pesce, mi assicuro che non venga messo il peperoncino ( in entrambi i piatti!) Dopo 45 minuti di attesa, chiediamo al cameriere quanto tempo avremmo dovuto ancora aspettare. Il cameriere, evidentemente scocciato dalla domanda, risponde: " signora, il ristorante è pieno, abbiamo più di 200 coperti... C'è da aspettare ancora un po'!" Preferisco non rispondere. Non si merita una risposta! Dopo un quarto d'ora, arriva il primo di mia mamma. Ovviamente, si erano dimenticati della mia richiesta di non mettere il peperoncino. Facciamo finta di niente,un altra volta,perché comunque dopo un' ora di attesa, eravamo più che affamate. Il mio, invece tarda ad arrivare, ancora. Dopo circa 10 minuti, mi portano quello che avevo ordinato, spaghetti alle vongole. Alla prima vista avevo già capito che erano immangiabili. Spaghetti stra scotti, troppo salata, pomodorini e vongole che non sapevano di niente. Davvero un piatto pietoso! Ma cos' è che è andato storto? Praticamente, hanno dovuto rifare in fretta e furia il piatto perché si erano dimenticati di non mettere il peperoncino. Ora, mi chiedo:" ma li assaggiate i piatti quando escono dalla cucina??! " Inoltre, voglio sottolineare il prezzo del piatto, ben 19 euro. Per quella cifra deve essere un piatto più che perfetto! Arriva la cameriera che nel frattempo si era accorta che qualcosa non andava... Mandiamo indietro il piatto specificando il motivo. Ordiniamo un caffè e andiamo a pagare. Fortunatamente, credo il titolare, ha ammesso lo sbaglio e per il disagio causatoci, i due primi non sono stati conteggiati nel conto. La mia recensione vuole essere una critica costruttiva! Ad ogni modo, ci ritornerò magari evitando l'ora di punta...

30/01/2025: Tanta, ma tanta roba. Mi entusiasma sempre vedere un bel locale affollato, con menù talmente ricco che risulta indescrivibile. Il servizio è veloce e cordiale. Per il mio pranzo ho preferito la Pizza con Luganega trentina, visto l'appetito. Prezzi corretti. Si beve bene, anche a bicchiere. Vivace.

23/03/2025: Wedding 09/24 We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected. As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion. In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of. Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions. Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement. In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.

31/03/2025: A place that was probably once classy, ​​now I would say that it is elegant but could do with a refresh. The food is quite good, the service in short.. it would have been much better if the waiter had avoided starting with "and what are you, young man, having?" I'm 50 years old... maybe I could have been her father... but I'm not 80 years old and you're making a funny joke... My partner is a teetotaler... and he said, "Doesn't the lady drink wine? Is she pregnant?"... I thought I was joking aside... I don't know... I gave up because ruining the evening for a waiter wasn't the case... All in all the price of the dishes served seemed correct... ok even for the 4.00 euro cover charge per person... but honestly 2.50 for an espresso coffee and 7.00 euros for a glass of Teroldego from the house... or not.

15/03/2025: Dream in name and in fact! We stayed at Chalet del Sogno for about a week and couldn't be more satisfied. The structure is a true gem set in the heart of Madonna di Campiglio: elegant, welcoming and with attention to the smallest details. From the moment we arrived we perceived great attention from everyone: thanks to a professional, helpful and capable staff, always ready to satisfy every need with courtesy and discretion. The atmosphere is relaxing, refined, but never excessively formal: you immediately feel at ease :) Cleanliness is impeccable, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The rooms are splendid: spacious, bright, tastefully furnished. The bathrooms deserve a special mention, brand new and equipped with a fantastic shower, perfect after a day in the snow or in the mountains. Breakfast is of a high standard, with an excellent selection of sweet and savory options, all of great quality. From fresh pastries to fresh eggs, bacon, etc, The hotel restaurant is also excellent. Careful dishes, refined combinations and quality ingredients mean that it is not necessary to go out and look for alternatives: here you eat very well and the experience is of a high level. Finally, the SPA, another little pearl of the Chalet. The swimming pool, hydromassage, sauna and biosauna offer moments of authentic relaxation. The massages are truly of a high standard, performed by expert staff and capable of releasing any tension. Super recommended! In conclusion, the location is also perfect: the cable car to the Spinale is literally a stone's throw away and near the hotel there are all the necessary services as well as several shops. In summary, the Chalet del Sogno is a structure that fully lives up to the promises of its name: our experience was fantastic and we felt truly pampered!!

21/03/2025: It’s a wonder how this restaurant can have a star and it makes you wonder if the guide is coming to an end. The menu was utterly confusing and unappetizing. The appetizer was something I could serve at a party in the local kindergarten followed by two gnocchi in ragu which is better at 99% of any Italian restaurant. The primi was a simple pasta dish with asparagus and two slices of truffle and the main was an egg with 4 grains of caviar. The price of 130 euro per person is a complete ripoff. We left before the desert could be served.
