05/09/2025: An excellent accommodation, with an atmosphere and expertise reminiscent of decades past (in the best possible way). There was a minor misunderstanding upon arrival, and while it was being resolved, they offered us a cocktail, and then upgraded us to a room superior to the one we had booked—spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff is very attentive and polite, and their restaurant, a haven of peace and good manners, serves exquisite food in a very elegant setting. Highly recommended, all in all.

04/09/2025: I stayed at this property for work and had a very positive experience. The staff were impeccable: friendly, helpful, and well-trained, ready to provide any information you might need. The room was very spacious, with a large, comfortable bed, clean, and equipped with a mini-fridge and everything you need to make tea. The only thing that could be improved: given the generous size of the room, I would have preferred a slightly larger bathroom, especially a shower. Breakfast is international in style, varied, and well-organized. The real added value, however, was the wellness area, accessible for a small extra €5, which includes everything you need: a service that makes your stay even more enjoyable. I didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant, but judging by the dishes served and the satisfaction of the guests, I believe it offers truly excellent quality. In conclusion: a welcoming and well-equipped property, I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

20/08/2025: 100% recommended. You feel like you're in a little dollhouse; everything is crocheted, and the soup is served in beautiful cups. Bread, soup, and a delicious dessert were all free. The service and friendliness are absolutely top-notch! You rarely experience something like this these days. The food is first-class, from starters to dessert. The duck leg is a dream. We'll be back.

29/08/2025: A great local restaurant. Not a Pizza Hut like so many in this area. We had the 6-course menu, and it was fantastic! We also opted for the wine pairing. Three glasses for the 6 courses were simply enough, and there were unique regional wines! Definitely recommended, unless you're looking for pizza for the kids!

23/08/2025: A gem in the center of Levico Terme. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, with unusual yet very picturesque decor. A menu that intrigues and satisfies. Impeccable table service, a kind and very knowledgeable waiter. An interesting wine selection. A perfect place for a dinner for two or with friends who aren't too loud. Excellent value. I'll definitely be back and recommend it if you want to treat yourself. We enjoyed a soft and tasty onion tart appetizer, pumpkin gnocchi with leek sauce and cheese fondue, cacio e pepe mezze paccheri with artichokes and parmesan crumble, pork with broccoli, and kid with artichokes, potatoes, and polenta. A sweet finale with a bitter orange and dark chocolate semifreddo, all accompanied by an excellent Lagrein. I've been back and can confirm my very positive opinion. It's the ideal place to pamper the palate. We enjoyed Zambana asparagus with bearnaise sauce, vegetable lasagna, pappardelle with lamb ragù, and fried artichokes with chickpea mayonnaise...all very unique and delicious. We returned this evening and enjoyed the tasting menu...fabulous...

20/08/2025: A fantastic restaurant, definitely a 5/5. We visited it five times during our few days in Riva, and each time was amazing. The food is delicious and there's a wide selection. The service is friendly, helpful, and most importantly, efficient. We highly recommend it!

26/08/2025: What more can I say? Eating very well, in a beautiful setting, with attention to detail, and being welcomed with warmth and kindness...what more could I ask for? I'll definitely be back.

18/08/2025: We were there at the beginning of August. The pizza was good, but the bill was steep...the cover charge of €2.80 per person and a medium beer of €6 seemed excessive. Furthermore, the lady at the cash register repeatedly reprimanded the table service staff in public. Not recommended.

24/08/2025: Impeccable service. Young but well-educated. Everyone is smiling and helpful. The kitchen is open and there's a wonderful garden. Very interesting dishes. Excellent pizza.

21/08/2025: A restaurant that I understand belongs to the hotel, but turned out to be an exceptional place. Excellent food, varied like we have never seen before in northern Italy, and the service was patient and pleasant. The place is not cheap, but in my opinion it is worth every euro.

09/07/2025: Beautiful castle overlooking Pergine Valsugana. They host art exhibitions year-round and this time the town hosted a very nice festival with arts, plays, and concerts. The courtyard is beautiful and a nice place to relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean. The beds are a bit hard but sleepable. The location was an issue for me, to get to the castle you use a single lane road up a hill. If two cars meet, one has to reverse to a point where they can pass. My car did not fit the castle entrance, so I reversed down the hill and parked at an unattended parking spot. A staff member graciously helped me with my bags. Muchas gracias Eduardo! Hasta la proxima! Overall a good experience and I recommend Castel Pergina if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, or romantic place for a short trip.

09/07/2025: The castle is charming, with well-maintained indoor and outdoor green spaces and a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the hotel's amenities are lacking. The room we were assigned was cramped, with the bathroom separated by a glass partition that offered no privacy (see photo). The window frames lacked regular maintenance. The furnishings appear sparse, almost as if they were in a monastic cell. Furthermore, there is no TV or refrigerator, even though it's summer. A location like this deserves greater attention to guest hospitality and attention to detail. The young, enthusiastic staff alone cannot make up for these shortcomings. In short, 40% of the price refers to the actual stay, while the remaining 60% goes to the charm of the property.

03/09/2025: Nice place, wide selection of pizzas, which are the flagship, and also some traditional dishes. The pizza was really good, with a top-notch dough. As a side dish, I tried the carne salada, if you can call it that. It was sliced ​​very thinly and its consistency wasn't exactly carne salada; it tasted more like bresaola. All this at a modest price of €18, which wasn't worth it. Anyway, overall, the pizza deserves a special mention, while the rest is a little less so.

02/09/2025: Excellent food, staff very helpful with food and drink recommendations. As a vegetarian, you can modify your dishes by eliminating the meat. Highly recommended: the oven-roasted lamb, sublime. Extraordinary desserts.

27/08/2025: Such a lovely place to eat, be pampered and enjoy yourself! We were there with friends and enjoyed everything! The view of the mountains, the olive groves and the delicious food! We tried the homemade cheese and cold cuts, the house's own oil, carpaccio and tartar, dry-aged T-bone as well as side dishes and of course desserts! Everything was perfectly homemade and the service was spectacular and terrific! Big praise to Elzon and the dessert queen, who made the evening unforgettable! Come by and you will go home speechless and satisfied! We will definitely come back and go back to the hotel full and satisfied! It was simply unforgettable!

10/06/2025: We stayed in March 2025 in this beautiful family-run hotel and we were thrilled in every aspect. The services are impeccable, the room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, completely immersed in nature. The cuisine is truly special, with carefully prepared and genuine dishes, and the shuttle service is always available and very convenient for every need. We went with our 15-month-old baby and he also had a great time: all the staff was welcoming and attentive, and there was a playroom perfect for the little ones. The SPA is another strong point of the hotel, with a spectacular view of the mountains that makes every moment of relaxation even more magical. A stay that we will carry in our hearts and that we truly recommend to those looking for a holiday dedicated to comfort, nature and genuine hospitality.

18/03/2025: Beautiful place a little outside the center but wonderfully served by the shuttle driven by the friendly Andrea. The room, perhaps room 305, was beautiful, the spa managed by a very kind and knowledgeable lady, the wonderful cuisine. Overall, a 10 and praise. Well done! However, never forget the key 😅

06/09/2025: Centrally located restaurant in Trento, with German-style decor. Lunch with the Panavision travel group, featuring a German-style menu. Pleasant.
