14/10/2025: I've always wanted to visit the small town of Enna, located 931 meters above sea level. I randomly chose a place for lunch without any prior information, and had a truly excellent meal. It was much more satisfying than the restaurants I'd been to in Syracuse and Taormina. In particular, the Pacceri pasta with ragu sauce, which wasn't on the menu, was the best ragu pasta I've ever had. The grilled tuna and squid from the mixed grilling "Chef's Fantasy" were absolutely delicious, with no fishy smell whatsoever and just the right amount of seasoning. I expected the veal rib to be veal, but it tasted more like overgrown beef, but it was edible and had no odor. The caponata (stir-fried vegetables in tomato sauce) was also delicious, with a variety of vegetables. The Sicilian white wine was also delicious. The staff didn't speak English well, but we were able to communicate with gestures. I highly recommend it!!

27/09/2025: We had very delicious food. The coffee was also impeccable! The staff was incredibly nice!!! They are polite, friendly, hospitable! I recommend the place wholeheartedly!
