15/01/2026: I'd like to express my immense gratitude to La Tradizione - Fornello Pugliese. We came from Warsaw to meet our Italian family, and although we've visited many places, this one will forever remain in our hearts! The quality of the meat is incredible! Nothing in the truffle tartare covered the authentic flavor of the raw material. The steaks were served exactly as we requested. The portions are incredibly generous... When they brought us the veal strips with arugula, I was amazed by the size of the plate... Lemon was the only thing I wanted to add to that work of art, and it was already there on the plate! Honestly, when the truffle meatballs arrived, I was already on edge... but of course I had to try that masterpiece. Like everything else: phenomenal! Excellent beer and quality white and rosé wines. We ended the evening with dessert. I don't even remember what we ordered exactly, but I'm sure any of their desserts are 10/10! A special thanks goes to the staff. The waiters and the guys at the meat counter were incredibly kind. They treated us like old friends! Thank you so much. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come visit you!
