I had dinner with a plate of orecchiette with chops, the best I have ever tasted in Puglia and a second course of tripe. Even in. This case excellently cooked.
I liked the wine that was served to me.
The table service is very attentive, able to recommend dishes in a professional and empathetic way.
The mis en place was taken care of.

18/01/2025: I went to this typical Apulian cuisine restaurant with my family and we left really satisfied! The atmosphere is welcoming and genuine, just as you would expect from a place that values tradition.
The staff was very kind, always attentive but never intrusive, making us feel at home.
A place that I recommend to anyone who wants to taste the real Puglia in a family and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
