31/12/2025: Horrible experience. The managers are RUDE and DISCOURAGEOUS. 1) To use the outdoor chemical restroom, they ask for ID and can ONLY check in customers having lunch. Anyone consuming anything else is not allowed to use the chemical restroom. 2) EVEN IN EMERGENCIES, THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE ABSOLUTELY UNFIT FOR THEIR JOB, which is to be welcoming and kind. 3) When I asked for a glass, they told me they didn't have water to wash the dishes. I don't think anything else needs to be said.

31/12/2025: Terrible experience, terrible management. Extremely rude staff. I've never seen such arrogance. I feel very sorry for Bardonecchia, but these are the places that never make people come back.
