Mov-Ing
Biella
24/08/2026: I went last night with friends. We had dinner on the terrace. It was a lovely place, and the owner and staff were very friendly.
The pizza was super good.
Recommended.
20/08/2026: The raw materials are very scarce, starting with the mozzarella on the pizza, which is definitely dehydrated mozzarella of questionable quality. You can taste it immediately, it tends to be flavorless and very stringy, it doesn't even feel like mozzarella. Just try any other pizzeria and you'll notice the difference. The same principle applies to the tomato sauce used; quality matters.
The worst thing is the quantity of ingredients used. I've never seen so few toppings on a pizza in Italy—literally 10 chips, and the same goes for the others. The same goes for the desserts. They serve a mix of the house desserts on one plate. The quantities placed on the tree-shaped cake, which presents them beautifully at the table, would perhaps be fine for a 6-year-old.
