09/11/2025: A very beautiful and well-maintained restaurant, with a lovely terrace where we ate. Excellent food, an ideal place for those wanting to try typical Piedmontese dishes. We recommend the mixed appetizers (see photo). The waiters were extremely kind, professional, and always smiling; it was a real pleasure! The only downside is that the menu is listed directly at your table, which can be a bit confusing given the large number of first and second courses. Furthermore, this way, you don't know the actual price of the dishes.

17/01/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Michelangelo for a weekend. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we'll definitely be back. The hotel is new, clean, and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and attention to even the smallest details, making it fully worthy of a four-star hotel. A varied breakfast buffet with high-quality products, including refined pastries by Iginio Massari, is also available. The location is convenient, well-connected to the train station and not far from the city center; nearby are various shops and green spaces. The staff, especially the owners, add a touch of warmth and familiarity to the whole experience with their courtesy and hospitality. Highly recommended.

With their kindness, their smile, and their ability to understand every little need, they make breakfast a ritual of sweetness and precision. Nothing escapes their attentive gaze: every detail is thoughtfully considered, every request is addressed with ease and warmth. The Hotel Michelangelo is, in my opinion, unique in the Biella area. It's not just a place to sleep, but a place where you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered. A hotel that truly puts the customer first, offering a level of attention rarely found elsewhere. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a stay marked by elegance, impeccable cleanliness, and authentic hospitality. For me, it has become a point of reference in Biella.
