The hotel is new, clean, and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and attention to even the smallest details, making it fully worthy of a four-star hotel. A varied breakfast buffet with high-quality products, including refined pastries by Iginio Massari, is also available. The location is convenient, well-connected to the train station and not far from the city center; nearby are various shops and green spaces. The staff, especially the owners, add a touch of warmth and familiarity to the whole experience with their courtesy and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Nothing escapes their attentive gaze: every detail is thoughtfully considered, every request is addressed with ease and warmth. The Hotel Michelangelo is, in my opinion, unique in the Biella area. It's not just a place to sleep, but a place where you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered. A hotel that truly puts the customer first, offering a level of attention rarely found elsewhere. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a stay marked by elegance, impeccable cleanliness, and authentic hospitality. For me, it has become a point of reference in Biella.
