20/11/2025: We returned after several years and, like last time, we were very, very satisfied. The quality of the cuisine, hospitality, courtesy, and professionalism were all top notch. The wine list is an encyclopedia, and the prices are more than fair. We also stayed overnight, and the rooms were perfect and spacious.
We'll be back soon to visit you with other friends.

23/11/2025: I came with my friends to celebrate my anniversary... I hadn't planned anything for lunch. Then I saw this incredible place online and I can only say it was the perfect combination of friendliness, love for what they do, and a spectacular location. I'll gladly return to relive the emotions I felt during that "not simply" culinary journey... forever in my heart ❤️

26/08/2025: What a great restaurant, run by the loveliest family. Outside you enjoy a typical Piedmont view, and inside you sit in a charming old ruin. The family is truly exceptional – wonderful cooking, warm hospitality and great advice on both wine and food. We stayed in the Castello next to the restaurant and were lucky enough to eat here three times. We look back on it with great joy. Grazie!
21/06/2025: È stata una cena squisita sulla terrazza con vista. Siamo partiti da un antipasto leggero di pesce (fettine di spada e tonno) e tortino di melanzane, per passare ai primi dal gusto delicato (gnocchetti e ravioli), a seguire i secondi di carne (brasato e agnello) ma anche il salmone in crosta di sesamo. Abbiamo concluso il tutto con dei desserts ottimi. Il tutto accompagnato da un buonissimo barbera e dalla cortesia e simpatia del proprietario. L'impiattamento molto elegante ci ha permesso di assaporare il cibo dedicandogli il giusto tempo.

If you’ve ever dreamed of returning to the 1980s, this is the place for you. Nothing has changed — not the décor, not the facilities, not even the organization. You never really know which door to use: front, back, or maybe the one downstairs!
The blankets casually thrown over the lobby couches set the mood, and the lack of hot water completes the full vintage experience. The tiny shower products seem to be there just for decoration.
An unforgettable stay… once is definitely enough!

03/06/2025: Il Corona per me il miglior ristorante della zona. Sabato abbiamo cenato fuori sulla terrazzetta nella bellissima location. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento ai dettagli. Menù spettacolare: grande scelta di ottimi antipasti, carne squisita, e…..le acciughe fritte fantastiche. Grande scelta dei vini grazie anche alla loro fornitissima cantina con acquisti anche online. Il mio posto del cuore.
24/04/2025: Viaggio di piacere, su consiglio della proprietaria del B&B siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso ristorante. Atmosfera rilassante e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e curati. Servizio ottimo. Cantina dei vini molto fornita e di ottima qualità. Prezzo un po’ più alto della norma.

20/02/2025: In viaggio di lavoro fra Asti e Chivasso, decidiamo di fermarci sulla statale in questa trattoria che da fuori aveva il classico aspetto della piola che riesce a soddisfarti a pranzo con un prezzo giusto e la scelta si rivelerà azzeccata.
A sinistra i tavoli di quelli che decidono di farsi un pranzo a scelta, a sinistra i tavoloni di chi sceglie il menù del giorno, un po' di convivialità non ci spiace.
Polenta per cominciare, poi scelgo delle tagliatelle come primo e, addocchiato il carrello del bollito che passa fra i tavoli, non posso fare a meno di farmelo affettare e accompagnarlo con un buon bagnetto verde.
Di dolce il classico bunet e il tutto accompagnato da un mezzo litro di rosso discreto per pasteggiare.
Ottimo il prezzo, se passte da queste parti e dovete fare un pranzo alla buona con cucina piemontese fermatevi, non credo ne resterete scontenti.
