15/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant practically alone, and it was a truly positive experience! The atmosphere was refined, the staff extremely friendly and happy to delight us with stories about the local cuisine, the dishes made with fresh ingredients, beautifully presented and cooked, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended if you're in the area; reservations are always recommended! PS: Don't miss out on a good local Barbera, but also highly recommended for champagne lovers!

29/12/2025: We're getting married in June 2026 and we've chosen Laura for our catering at Uviglie Castle, located near the Champagnerie. Every time we eat at Casa Babette, we're amazed by the fresh, authentic, healthy food, made with local products and breathtaking flavors. The kindness of the staff and their attention to detail, even for those like me who have celiac disease, make this place unique! A beautiful location!
