Recommended to try tartare and caviar, spaghetti with sea urchins sublime and the double-cooked ventresca

2 hours of waiting and then 1 to eat I would say too much.

02/06/2025: Personalmente servizio deludente , eravamo in 4 abbiano ordinato 2 fritti di pesce e 2 primi a parte l'attesa di quasi 50 minuti poi sono arrivati uno alla volta, con 10 minuti uno dal altro . Non credo che sia bello che uno mangi e gli altri stiano a guardare... visto che si milantano tanto bravi io ritengo che debbano migliorare .
27/05/2025: Very good sea bass, not to mention the chocolate cake (vegan!). Everything was excellent, beautiful view.
