04/09/2025: The meats are exceptional, especially the Marche rib eye steak, but it all depends on your taste. It's a beautiful, natural location, not far from the sea but still feels like you're in the countryside. I can't wait to go back.
02/09/2025: Everything was fantastic. If you like meat, this is the place for you. There are various cuts to choose from, all divinely prepared.
I'd be more careful about the service. I had to call a waiter after waiting 15 minutes between finishing my meat and ordering dessert, even though there weren't many of us in the room. :(

The desserts were good, but the waiter's description was incomplete and even misleading.
The place was a bit dated.

Menù non ispirato alla cucina locale, troppo ricercato, con materie prime non del territorio (caviale, patanegra..)
Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che il personale volesse proporci più piatti con un po’ di insistenza (menù degustazione, antipasti, vino da dessert e digestivi), nonostante la gentilezza non sia mai mancata
Anche il vino che ci hanno servito a inizio cena, che sembrava offerto, ci è stato poi segnato sul conto

We ate a very expensive and not very good pizza (all of them, but all the pizzas were the same price, which was €12.50) and a medium flat beer was €5.
Total: 2 pizzas, 1 beer & 1 tap water = €39.50

28/05/2025: It only gives two stars because the surrounding setting is very beautiful and inviting. The food was disappointing for us. It had absolutely nothing to do with fine Italian cuisine. It was tasteless and poorly presented. Furthermore, the menu was only available in Italian and not in English (this would be perfectly fine if this were a small local restaurant, but this restaurant is part of a hotel with international guests). We would not recommend the restaurant and would not visit again.
22/05/2025: The restaurant is not at the level of the place in which it is immersed. Aside from the welcome, the shouts coming from the kitchen are indecent for a modest level result in the dish. Too bad.

02/07/2025: Locale carino informale sul mare con posti sia all'interno che all'esterno, personale gentile, tempi di attesa nella media, ho mangiato dell'ottimo pesce fritto. Prezzi modici. Tornerò sicuramente.
02/07/2025: Se non avete aspettative e venite qui per bere uno spritz al tramonto, questo potrebbe essere il posto giusto. La location è carina e informale, dando direttmente sul mare.
Se invece volete mangiare dei buoni primi piatti di pesce, questo non è il posto che fa per voi: pesce surgelato e pasta cruda, questo è quello che ci è stato servito.
Ho rimandato indietro il piatto ("chitarrine allo scoglio") perche immangiabile. Anche gli gnocchi erano terribili, conditi con pesce palesemente surgelato, dertaglio non indicato nel menú.
se avessimo preso una pizza almeno avremmo cenato.

02/08/2025: Locale delizioso nel cuore di Fermo, abbiamo gustato piatti della tradizione con plauso particolare ai primi e ai dolci (consiglio vivamente anicetti col vino cotto e salame al cioccolato!). Esperienza piacevolissima!
