07/01/2025: We didn't stay at the hotel but had lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant. Magnificent setting with views of the maiella and the sea. Very good service, they were able to adapt the menus to our needs and tastes. We went with our two children and they offered them dishes from the menu to choose from and for the littlest one a primo of pasta with ragu and a secondo of cotoletta and fries. She loved it. They also offered two glasses of apple juice to the children. For us adults, we chose one of the menus offered. Dishes sometimes a little confusing but overall good. The only downside for me is the slightly small quantities.

02/01/2025: What words can be used to describe such a sublime sensorial experience of taste? The experience was so exhilarating that it was impossible to find words that would describe it in the right way. Try it to believe it.
