It was a pleasure and an honor to taste her recipes and shake her hand. I took her book home with me, which I avidly read and which allowed me to understand what a great person she is. 02/10/2025: Left Palermo three months ago, and I'm still thinking about Ciwara. Amazing people, food, drink, and music. Couldn't ask for more and can't wait to be back there again.

11/10/2025: We love it. We stumbled upon it three years ago by chance, looking for a place to eat, and despite its modest appearance, instinct told us to stop. The lady cooks like a pro: pajata, truffle ravioli, and bombette stuffed with anduja and provola cheese... Everything is super homemade and delicious. And the gentleman is incredibly friendly and welcoming; he spoils us with a drink, even a non-alcoholic one for my son, and always has a kind word for everyone. We hope it never changes, and I'm a little sad to write this review for fear it will be overrun by tourists, but they truly deserve it.

09/10/2025: We went for an aperitif and were amazed by the quantity and quality of the products, everything was delicious and the spritz was excellent, highly recommended.
