03/04/2024: Nice atmosphere, too bad it's a little difficult to find parking! It was easy to find a place for two people even though we hadn't booked. The pizza is particular, low but really tasty and there is a wide choice of many flavors and variations. Good service, everyone very friendly. Next time I will try the cuisine which also seemed interesting to me. The desserts are also very good. Highly recommended

07/04/2024: Living nearby, I have never stayed in the hotel but I have often used the takeaway service.
Last Friday evening, however, I had dinner with some friends in their restaurant.
I started with the idea of having a pizza, my other friend with fish but then we all three ordered meat...
Well, in addition to fish, they also know how to cook meat. I had meatballs with sauce, with a side dish of sautéed turnips and baked peppers, accompanied by an excellent house red wine. To finish on a high note: a thousand leaves with salted caramel topping, coffee and gentian.
In summary: an excellent dinner with impeccable table service and the kindness of Mr. Domenico, which is always the icing on the cake.
Highly recommended.

01/04/2024: I went to this charming place with my family for Easter lunch. From the first telephone contact I could perceive the kindness and welcome of Mr. Francesco, a perception which then materialized once we arrived, we were pampered by the impeccable and kind service, we tasted the delicious dishes on the menu: a pleasure for the eyes and for the throat😊
We immediately felt at home and, as a gentleman we met there (a long-time customer) said, the Black Rooster is like a nest to which the swallow always returns... Mr. Francesco, we too will be back soon!

16/03/2024: Last night we went to this pizzeria, we were welcomed kindly and our dog Nilo was able to enter safely. We took an appetizer of mixed vegetables, they accommodated us as it was not on the menu. Then we had a Roman pinsa with Caprese dressing and a normal pizza with 4 cheeses and speck. Everything was really delicious, the Roman pinsa was really excellent having eaten it so fresh for the first time! Congratulations, everything is really great! Price 33 euros for starter, 2 pizzas and two waters. We also highly recommend it.

10/03/2024: My wife and I went to the Vecchia Silvi restaurant for lunch today, September 24th, and we ate divinely.
Chef Davide let us taste his delicacies. We took the homemade guitar pasta with a sauce of very tasty meatballs and for the second course the hand-made kebabs and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that they were the best kebabs we ate in the area, with larger pieces of meat than usual kebabs and more refined, with very tender meat.
As a side dish they made us sandblasted potatoes, baked potatoes with grated bread and for dessert, the very kind lady prepared us strictly express tiramisu.
What can I say, we had a great time, if you meet yourself passing through the village of Silvi Alta, come and eat here, you won't regret it.
30/01/2024: I have been to this restaurant other times and have always eaten well, but last Sunday I have to say that I didn't like anything.
Charcuterie starter where the ham was missing and there were seven types of salami. Cheese? Just a little piece each.
Tasteless green ravioli with ricotta so compact inside that it seemed "old". The OTHER starter was clearly a leftover from the night before]. There was the PIG party.
The roast? Raw
And finally the sweet, dry and tasteless.
The price is pretty high though!
I'm sorry because before the cuisine was exceptional. I hope it's just one episode

18/11/2023: Rispetto allo scorso anno la qualità è scesa notevolmente. Frittelline non lievitate e arrosticini duri e lessati. Torta millefoglie farcita esclusivamente con panna. Solo il formaggio fritto merita di essere mangiato. Veramente una delusione rispetto agli anni precedenti.

Consumatori abbiamo assistito a una situazione che poteva solo succedere nella famiglia Adams non vi fatte abbagliare dai quei 2 miseri frigoriferi .. nn si può pagare una bistecca 80 € che era stata crea con osso accanto da 1kg e un 100 g di carne a parte deve essere assolutamente ritagliata sul tavolo . Bisogna vedere anche un luogo abbastanza ordinato al livello animale che girono nello stabile .
