01/09/2023: Ho avuto il dispiacere di ritrovarmi in questo posto, dato che hanno chiuso lo yogorino di via thaulero (quella bella) che era decisamente più buono. Ho preso una coppa grande di yogurt con varie farciture: non sapeva di NIENTE. Tutto. Anche la nutella. Chiudetelo e ridateci lo yogorino di via thaulero (quella bella).

15/07/2024: Provata più volte tutto eccellente.Ottima pasticceria,cornetti soffici con ripieno reale e non virtuale come capita talvolta di trovare in alcune pasticcerie.Buone le granite sia pur con i limiti delle usanze del messinese (poco dense) almeno per noi catanesi.Consigliata quella fragola e panna con fragoline in cima . Eccellente la pizza che non ha nulla da invidiare a quella napoletana provata in varie parti d'Italia,Napoli in primis.Personale gentile.Prezzi onesti.

29/08/2024: I stayed with my husband and my children for two weeks at the Casa del Mar residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi. A wonderful view in a quiet part of the country! Too bad the manager M. is unprofessional compared to the other two very helpful receptionists; Maintenance was inefficient (almost non-existent): the pool fence was full of dangerous nails and the grates were rising. As regards the bar/restaurant, mêtre F. proved to be grumpy towards customers on several occasions. Speaking of animation, however, a big problem arises. I was already prejudiced by reading the reviews left by previous customers. One of the two entertainers (A) is unsuitable for this role, probably too immature to be able to assist the children in having fun; the other instead (G) was much more suitable and proactive, it's a shame that she didn't find much support in her colleague. A plus point for this residence is the swimming pool: always clean and, above all, all the lifeguards (in particular A, as he is most present) always friendly and available for any customer need.

25/08/2024: Disappointing, we stayed in an attic without sheets and towels, the double bed was made up of two beds, a blind and tiny bathroom with a broken shower curtain and a plastic toilet seat and, moreover, cleaning was done superficially despite the prolonged wait.

17/08/2024: We stayed for a week in this property and were very satisfied. The food is very good, the fish is excellent and the room is also equipped with all the essential services. The sea is a stone's throw away and, taking advantage of full board, we also had an umbrella and sunbeds. Efficient, friendly and pleasant room service. We'll be back.

11/08/2024: I stayed on a full board basis at the Hotel Gemma for 9 days. I found a lot of courtesy and care in the things they do, from the owner to the restaurant staff and all the staff, also because I found a lot of assistance with my one-year-old son's food. The cuisine is good, especially the fish one, in fact the structure was born as a restaurant with quality and well prepared products. I recommend it to everyone for the excellent value for money, a family-run organisation, with a slightly dated but at the same time satisfactory and clean structure and rooms which benefit the affordable price. I would like to point out the proximity to the railway line, which can be annoying, but which didn't cause any problems for me. The beach and the seafront can be reached on foot in 2/3 minutes. Highly recommended for families with children.

31/08/2024: A place where I go every year with my family to eat delicious kebabs! The place doesn't have a great view overlooking the highway, but the restaurant is welcoming and informal. Highly recommended

12/08/2024: We had dinner in this restaurant after returning from holiday, excellent food from starters to desserts, delicious spaghetti guitar with seafood, super roasts, tender and light fried fish... and finally the best tiramisu I've ever eaten, phenomenal. ..good white wine on tap, and we were offered coffee and bitters...excellent value for money...super recommended

19/07/2024: I had an umbrella in this establishment for two years (alas, I wanted to hurt myself twice in a row). Let me start by saying that I am from the Teramo coast and I have done season after season since I was 15, both on the beach and in restaurants. There is only one title: “The worst beach establishment on the coast”, I'm sorry to say. I would like to start with the staff, mother and son, who have the sole and exclusive intent of cashing in, with announcements on the megaphone or by coming to look for you under the umbrella. To me they see the customer as a giant walking credit card. I remember a curious fact when after Covid they charged 10 cents more for sparkling water "because there was no gas available". Stuff from a Verdone film! So their intent is to cash in, cash out, cash in. Furthermore, every year they invent an excuse to increase the price of your umbrella by passing off the waiting list as long as that of a transplant! The only free thing is the token for the foot water... you can't get more than one each otherwise the costs will increase! Understood Quality: Non-existent, I repeat the intent is only to collect as much money as possible. Terrible pancakes, pizza and calzones with prices from Monte Carlo, first courses of "fish" cooked in a back room with prices of a starred restaurant but if things go badly you eat in front of the opening of the bathrooms, with a cover always present (see the part about the takings). In theory, a first course costs around €20, I would like to point out that you can eat it anywhere in Italy and not on the Cologna beach in front of the fresh smell of a summer bath. Chapter Beach, perhaps it is the least sore point (I think because it is not touched by mother and son) with palm trees in the first rows and a fairly clean beach even if there is no shore lifeguard just in case (or if there is one you can't see it) Last but not least, I advise your son to change his shirt every now and then. Last but not least, it's true that those who have bread don't have teeth and vice versa... Never again. I await the owner's fierce criticism!

10/09/2024: La location meriterebbe 5 stelle. Il prezzo alla fine é onesto per quello che si offre. Panini così cosi la cucina non l' abbiamo provata ma essendo a fine stagione non avevano molto da poter scegliere. Questo posto ha un potenziale enorme ma é gestito molto male. In quattro giorni mai un sorriso soprattutto dalla ragazza dietro al bancone, scocciata per qualsiasi cosa. Infastidita se gli chiedi da bere, se chiedi la chiave del bagno e pure se vuoi pagare. Se paghi con carta o bancomat poi non ne parliamo sbuffa che é una meraviglia. Sono fortunati perché hanno un sacco di turisti durante il periodo estivo se fossero stati in un paesino o in un piccolo centro avrebbero già chiuso. Consiglio? Cambiare mestiere con la gente non ci sapete proprio fare🫂

10/09/2024: Posto carino, in riva al mare, qualità prezzo buona..... Peccato per la ragazza che lavora al bancone...... svogliata, maleducata, senza modo..... assolutamente inadatta per lavorare a contatto con la gente, su quattro giorni che siamo stati lì, tre è riuscita a litigare con i clienti e lamentarsi di loro.... abbastanza gentile quando vai a pagare (naturalmente)....ma anche lì non troppo ....state attenti a usare le carte, storcono il naso (e non parlo di pochi euro, sia chiaro), preferiscono i contanti........ sicuramente noi in futuro cercheremo un'altra spiaggia, a costo di fare più chilometri......
