26/01/2025: Friday 24 January, very cold and gloomy evening. We decide to try a restaurant that offers us comfort and warmth: Borgo Spoltino. We were struck by an environment whose refinement is more unique than rare, the helpful, sociable but discreet dining room staff, the splendid, kind, hospitable owner.... But a passionate mention certainly goes to chef Guerino, who manages to delight and amaze with dishes that manage to create a swirl of colors on the palate and bring back ancient memories, in which the flavors of home embrace innovation with harmonious balance! Truly a great discovery!

Il cibo è sempre buonissimo, preparato con ingredienti freschi e curato nei minimi dettagli. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è gentilissimo, attento e professionale. È il nostro posto preferito quando vogliamo concederci un’ottima cena. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

The food is always delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and with attention to the smallest details. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very kind, attentive and professional. 12/01/2025: I went to dinner on a holiday during the recent Christmas holidays and the place was full and there were few waiters, ergo the service was affected both in terms of time and the dishes that were finished. On the other hand, the food lived up to its reputation. Top roasts and appetizers as well. I will definitely return but on a quieter evening.

11/01/2025: Volevo passare una serata con i miei amici, e abbiamo prenotato in questo locale. appena arrivati abbiamo visto il locale che all’apparenza sembrava carino , siamo entrati e per accompagnarci al tavolo è passato un secolo . Ci siamo accomodati al tavolo e il cameriere per prendere la comanda è venuto dopo 45 m circa. Abbiamo preso un antipasto più due pizze e gli arrostici. Dopo circa 20 m ci sono arrivati gli arrostisci e la pizza insieme cose da non credere , a l’antipasto dov’è a casa molto probabilmente. Sconsiglio vivamente di venire a mangiare qua . Roba da matti Poi per prendere il dolce ? Ma che ve lo dico a fare una cosa straziante
