Friendly, helpful and prepared staff.
They are specialists in meat-based dishes, but above all in sheep's roasts, typical of Abruzzo. I would say very good, both classic and liver.
Speed in orders.
Prices normal.
The homemade desserts, such as tiramisu, are also good.
I highly recommend it!
I suggest booking, because it is almost always full, especially at weekends.

09/02/2025: We book on a Saturday evening, the place is laid out, very chaotic, in addition to the dated style and architecture, the service needs to be reviewed, slow, confusing and not very attentive! we order croquettes stuffed with various flavours, good, the filling is a little sparse... the pizzas are all in all good, but nothing special, among other things, in my pizza the truffle didn't arrive, even though we're talking about creams and truffle derivatives. The dough was a little dry, it was a little biscuity, the ingredients were thrown in a bit at random, but as I've noticed lately among various pizzerias, the only thing they pay attention to is making sure they make ends meet. accounts with prices that are not exactly popular, what you spend in a pizzeria, you spend at a normal restaurant! We also find a nice surprise on the bill, 12 euros more for things that we hadn't ordered, we point it out and they take it off... it's definitely not a place to go on the weekend for the chaos in the background..

Abbiamo iniziato con l'antipasto della casa e sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità dei piatti. La trippa era semplicemente squisita, cucinata in modo impeccabile e ricca di sapore. Gli arrosticini, poi, erano davvero ottimi: teneri e saporiti, hanno sicuramente superato le mie aspettative.
Consiglio vivamente di provarlo, soprattutto per chi ama i piatti tradizionali!
28/12/2024: Ho mangiato poco, ho pagato molto. Sono uscito dal ristorante con la fame. Le porzioni erano molto piccole. Il conto ci e' sembrato spropositato. Da sconsigliare.

Young and friendly staff, but perhaps with little experience in table service
The nice detail is that you can see part of the kitchen from the room where you eat.

09/01/2025: Tuesday 7 January, at 7.00 pm, I specify the time because the pizza chef at the time was truly incompetent. The pizza ordered was terrible, badly cooked and above all one was certainly reheated, when asked whether or not it had a certain ingredient, his response was "ah boh". I have nothing else to add.
09/01/2025: Unfortunately, this time my experience is very negative, on Tuesday 7 January for dinner we decide to get some pizzas from Sarni as our weekly habit...
We order 3 maxi pizzas which had very little maxi and were slightly larger than a plated pizza, unseasoned (I attach a photo, even if the photo does very little). This time in the pizzeria there was a boy who in my opinion was unprofessional, in my opinion not suitable for this job.

10/09/2023: My husband and I stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Even though the staff was overwhelmed for a baptism, we were welcomed and served immediately. Lunch was typical of the place and plentiful. The bill was not excessive but what was most pleasing was the friendliness of the staff and the kindness of the manager. I absolutely recommend it.
