03/06/2025: The restaurant looks very good: well-kept environment, pleasant atmosphere and average prices for the category. However, the quality of the meat was disappointing. We ordered a mix that included fillet, wagyu and other fine varieties, but the texture was tough and the differences between the cuts were almost imperceptible, except for the beef. The taste was not up to expectations. The 4.4 star rating seems excessive to me, perhaps influenced more by the fame of the place and the VIPs who frequent it than by the actual quality of the dishes. For me, the experience is worth 3.6 at most.

We were there yesterday for lunch, poor quality starting from your signature appetizer, dry ham, ravioli immersed in a watered down sauce, but the scandal was the badly cooked arrosticini and not on the grill as they should be cooked, but just seared, almost raw on the griddle. I noticed that compared to years ago when the place was packed, yesterday there were few people ... a coincidence? Disappointed, I will not return. I gave two stars and not one because in the past everything was different in a positive way.
