15/02/2026: We are a family from Naples. We had a great time. The food was plentiful, the quality was excellent, and the prices were also excellent. The restrooms were excellent. I highly recommend it as a restaurant.

12/10/2025: The food is high-quality, everything is very fresh and/or well-cooked. The house wine is produced on-site and therefore healthy, although the flavor may not be to everyone's taste. Impeccable service. Parking is easy to find in the small square in front or nearby. I will definitely be back.

11/03/2026: I wouldn't go back. It may have been a bad day, but the staff wasn't at all friendly or welcoming, and the food was below expectations, except for the amatriciana. The tagliata was a poorly grilled piece of meat, burned in some spots, likely overcooked, and in some places raw (this despite the fact that before ordering I had specifically asked whether it was grilled and whether it could be served rare, which was confirmed beforehand and promptly disregarded afterward). All this in a frenetic atmosphere where the staff was more intent on arguing among themselves over some internal reason than extending a proper greeting or welcome.
On a positive note, the timing was good; after all, a lot of the food is already ready.

18/01/2026: Quality products, pinsa, pizza and excellent scottona hamburger, exceptional but huge waiting times, I've been there several times, it went better the last time I waited 1 hour and a half for the hamburger, kind and qualified staff, very clean environment but waiting times too long
13/01/2026: The Pinseria is located just outside San Marco Argentano. It's easily accessible by car, but public transport connections are limited. Due to the lack of sidewalks, it's extremely difficult to reach on foot. There is ample free parking available. The staff are friendly, and the pizza menu offers a good selection. Special requests for pizza toppings are accommodated for an extra charge. Prices are in the mid-range for the area. We ordered our pizza to go. The preparation time was extremely long (25 minutes), even though there were four people in the kitchen and the restaurant was very quiet. However, the taste and quality were all the more impressive – truly fantastic. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

15/11/2024: Sono stato in questo ristorante due volte per una cena con degli amici...un ristorante davvero di buon livello....piatti genuini e raffinati....sanno cucinare bene sia la carne che il pesce....sono capitato un venerdì sera e hanno fatto una cena interamente a base di baccalà offrendo piatti gustosi e leccornie da chef....personale cordiale e disponibile...assolutamente consigliato
