15/07/2026: My boyfriend and I went to this bar yesterday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't a positive one.
We ordered from a waiter and the bill was €8. We paid with €10, but no change was brought. After waiting a long time, we tried several times to get the waiter's attention, but he seemed to ignore us. Furthermore, he was on the phone or talking to a colleague most of the time, instead of attending to the customers.
After about half an hour, we had to call him, and even then, he didn't spontaneously give us our change: we were the ones who had to remind him.
It's not a question of the €2, but of professionalism and customer service. Those who work in front of the public should be present and available. I hope this review will be taken as a starting point for improving the service.

The staff is helpful and polite.
15/03/2026: You order pizza and every time they make you wait longer than necessary and without even the courtesy to tell the truth about the delay last night the owner was really rude order placed at 6.30pm for 7.15pm I arrive at the pizzeria at 7.15pm waiting without anyone taking you into account I ask after ten minutes but no one answers me a customer came in and ordered 2 pizzas at the moment he left before me in the end after waiting over 25 minutes I left without even the pizza incompetent people obviously without collecting the pizza also because having no response from the owner I left never to go to this place again

02/06/2026: I've been frequenting this beach resort for years and, unfortunately, I've witnessed a progressive decline in the quality of service. What's most striking is the total lack of friendliness: the staff is often rude, impolite, and unwilling to interact with customers, almost making even a simple request for an umbrella or a table at the restaurant feel like a favor.
The concept that it's the CUSTOMER who CHOOSES to spend their day at the resort and CONTRIBUTES TO ITS BUSINESS seems to be overlooked. Fortunately, there are plenty of more welcoming and worthwhile alternatives in the area.
The resort is dated and in need of modernization. Cleanliness is generally acceptable, but the beach restroom was dirty, lacked hand soap, and had no running water. Hot showers are available for a fee using tokens.
The resort is average in many respects, but what really makes the difference is the rudeness and lack of customer service from the owners, not the staff, who are very kind and helpful.
02/06/2026: The food is good quality, the 1970s building definitely needs renovation, but what I will never accept in a restaurant is being treated superficially and rudely by the owners (the employees are good guys, kind and helpful). Having a restaurant in a major hub doesn't give owners license to treat people superficially and rudely. When you deal with people, you put a smile on your face in the morning. If you're not capable of doing that, it's best to change jobs. That said, you'll never get my money back.

10/07/2026: Carefully prepared dishes, extremely fresh ingredients. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and fast without ever being intrusive. Impeccably clean and tasteful decor. Absolutely excellent value for money. Verdict: I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

01/06/2026: The pasta was good and the service was friendly. I don't understand why so many people are complaining about the prices. I think €5-8 for pasta is perfectly reasonable, and the portion was good too. We'll gladly come back.

16/08/2025: Endless wait for a crouton... And the place wasn't even full... I had 2 beers and one was 2 fingers short... Well, honestly, even if the food was decent, in a pub the wait was absurd.

Veniamo spesso per l'aperitivo ed è molto fornito sia a livello di cocktail che come cantina, nulla da invidiare alle enoteche limitrofe. 31/07/2025: Como un visitante regular IT o a San Salvo a menudo había escuchado Al Metro muy elogiado por los lugareños, por lo que fue con gran anticipación que cenamos allí. ¡NO decepcioné! Escondido en el área del puerto deportivo, usted es transportado inmediatamente a una obra de diseño minimalista elegante, sentado debajo de un espeso dosel de vides, inmediatamente es consciente de que está a punto de ser tratado con algo muy especial. NO hay duda de que en contraste con el diseño del restaurante, la comida será la que hable, la comida será la estrella del espectáculo. Nos pusimos en manos de los expertos y ellos cumplieron. Cocina innovadora y emocionante, utilizando ingredientes frescos y de origen local se colocaron delicadamente frente a nosotros. Cada curso se convirtió en un tema de discusión y conversación. Lo más destacado para mí fueron los chefs se enfrentan a vongole y el helado de ensalada. Debo mencionar los palitos de pan cuidadosamente hechos que no podía dejar de comer. Este restaurante de gestión familiar es acogedor y emocionante, Antonio y su esposa eran acogedores y muy serviciales. Una necesidad absoluta.
16/07/2025: Mediocre l'accoglienza, mediocre la location e, soprattutto, mediocre il cibo per lo meno per quel che ho potuto provare nel "menù contemporaneo" proposto come percorso. Eccesso di formalismo in sala e un po' di spocchia di troppo. Per me la stella è davvero inspiegabile.
