09/12/2024: We celebrated our wedding at Villa Iva and everything was PERFECT! A daydream! The delicious food, the magnificent place, the fairy-tale atmosphere, all framed by the professionalism of Gianfranco and Diana who accompanied us on this beautiful journey! Every word is superfluous... SIMPLY THANK YOU, we couldn't have made a better choice!

04/09/2024: Rimane positiva e originale l'esperienza culinaria vissuta nella "parte bassa" del locale: l'ambiente consente di socializzare godendo di un clima piacevolmente fresco e degustando vari tipi di vini. Le pietanze, proposte in maniera ordinaria ma in buona quantità, hanno rispettato la tipicità culinaria abruzzese (formaggi, salumi, pallotte, focacce, fritti)... però hanno impedito di gustare appieno il filetto, servito nella sala superiore e "coperto" da una eccessiva quantità di salsa.

03/09/2024: Arrosticini overcooked and calloused. We arrived and we weren't even brought the menu. Additionally, the prices found online are outdated and everything has been marked up. Experience not to be had.
09/08/2024: Feeling at home, as a stranger. We found ourselves, unfortunately in a hurry due to pre-established commitments, to enjoy a quick dinner in this place recommended by a connoisseur friend. The genuineness and courtesy with which the staff welcomed us (together with the delicious fried pizza offered to us as a welcome) only highlights the exquisiteness of the dishes, in particular the kebabs: prepared, salted, cooked and served to perfection. We will return calmly to also enjoy the beautiful tables under the olive trees and the gentian promised to us. Thank you

11/08/2024: Ottima locazione ma mai dare aspettative che non puoi mantenere menu inesistente solo pizza peccato che l'insegna indica solo ristorante e di cucina non avevano niente solo pizza tavolate di ragazzini rumorosi anche se dalle fotografie sembra un posto di gran lusso

28/09/2023: I'm biased, but a pastry shop like this, which has remained like those of the past, with the same flavours, the same aromas and above all the same, lovable, family-run business but also projected towards the future with artistically fantastic desserts and fabulous organized events.
05/09/2023: Pastry shop in the center of Bucchianico easily reachable on foot from the surrounding streets. There are both tables inside and outside the pastry shop.
The products are really excellent from cantuccini to cakes. The creams on the sandwiches and donuts are truly amazing and you can immediately notice that they are made in an artisanal way. The rustic ones are also excellent and particular. The staff is customer focused and friendly. It's difficult to find a pastry shop like this. If you happen to be in the area, it's a mandatory stop.

20/08/2023: Era da parecchio tempo che non tornavamo alla Tenuta dei Sensi . Il cibo sempre ottimo che aggiunto alla gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari e la bellezza del luogo ne fanno un posto stupendo. Da provare
