04/10/2025: Excellent, elegant. Excellent ingredients, masterfully presented and cooked. Finally, an excellent restaurant with distinguished and knowledgeable staff. La Neviera in Bucchianico adds further sacredness to the place.

02/07/2025: Welcoming and exquisite place; large, fresh, comfortable and well-organized spaces. Very abundant food, excellent quality and so many varieties that ... you'll lose your mind! Impeccable and precise service with polite, patient and extremely helpful staff. What more can I say? A place to absolutely try and try again!
23/06/2025: Beautiful location surrounded by greenery. As for the restaurant, we went for a fish-based communion lunch. Everything was good and fresh but, in my personal opinion, the raw material should be treated with less sophistication, that is... when the fish is fresh, it should be served without too many frills and just as it is. But anyway I have to say everything was good!
Very present and friendly service. The guys in the dining room were all good.

14/09/2025: Arrive at the square and do not follow the directions on Google Maps on foot, because it will take you on an absurd 11-minute tour when from the main square there are steps that lead to the restaurant!!!! Recommended, the food is very good, and the outdoor location is very beautiful.
09/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, discovered by chance, off the beaten path in a very quaint and charming village. Excellent value. The fish was incredibly fresh. Highly recommended!

30/06/2025: If magne good, the place is characteristic very beautiful. Strict Abruzzese cuisine of excellent land. Impeccable service. Very high cost/quality ratio that is, you eat very well at a low cost (how do they do it?). And then the memories, Silvio, the bus, he who was the only fan of a glorious team held his own against the entire bus of fans of an opposing team: the poetry of life...

The only downside is the owner who tries to be a good guy and becomes too friendly, which leads to rudeness.
26/07/2025: We stumbled upon the Ferrara Restaurant in Bucchianico by pure chance and were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's charm and, of course, the quality of its strictly Abruzzese food. The manager, who was also very friendly and welcoming, recommended we try the tasting menu in the historic rooms, where we sampled the fantastic products of Abruzzo: delicious cheeses unknown to us and cured meats that melted in our mouths because they were so authentic. I particularly enjoyed the capocollo, the local prosciutto, the sausages, and the Abruzzese soppressata. The cheeses were excellent, as was the focaccia with lard and pork. We also enjoyed a type of parmesan made with buffalo milk. We didn't go any further because we were in a craving for food. The wine from the charming and well-stocked cellar was excellent. A wonderful surprise. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. Definitely worth a try.

18/05/2025: Estábamos de visita desde Estados Unidos para venir a un festival anual en la hermosa ciudad de Buchianico. Como este fue un domingo muy ocupado, tuvimos la suerte de conocer a algunos lugareños que pudieron conseguirnos una reserva en este restaurante. El interior es absolutamente impresionante, con paredes arqueadas, comedor de varios niveles y una maravillosa bodega que le mostrarán. Una cueva excavada hace cientos de años. El interiorismo y el mobiliario son de primera clase.
La comida, era excelente, ya que cenamos el viernes por la noche con una carne única estilo kebab de shish y de nuevo el domingo. Como era festival, tenían un menú fijo. Lasaña, espagueti, cerdo con espinacas y patatas fritas, tres postres y todo el vino que puedas beber. Fuimos tratados como miembros de la realeza. El propietario, John Luca nos controló regularmente y su madre en realidad nos sirvió el viernes por la noche.
¡Qué joya!
Personal maravilloso, muy servicial y amable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante, así como la ciudad para un pueblo remoto con una vista excepcional de 360 °, que le permite ver el mar Adriático, así como las montañas cubiertas de nieve.

20/08/2023: Era da parecchio tempo che non tornavamo alla Tenuta dei Sensi . Il cibo sempre ottimo che aggiunto alla gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari e la bellezza del luogo ne fanno un posto stupendo. Da provare
