Very good food in a cosy restaurant.

The photos don't do it justice: the dishes are rich and tasty. The service is fast and friendly. The prices are more than fair. In short, if you come to Ischia, this is the best place to eat fresh food at affordable prices. But you need to book because it's always busy with both locals and tourists.

Spectacular spaghetti with clams, with a divine cream sauce. It'll make your mouth water. A must-try.

Very delicious food, good service, very friendly owner of a restraunt. Paella was very good, a lot of see food and perfect taste of rise. Tiramisu is very delicious, lovely taste. Highly recommended place!

It is not a tourist place. It is about a 15 minute walk from Ischia Porto (if you are young and helpful, otherwise about thirty minutes), there are climbs. It can also be reached by public transport. The place is typical, there is air conditioning, the staff is really kind. The food is excellent, the portions are generous, the fish is really fresh, I also had a hamburger and I assure you it was delicious. The wine with percoca: spectacular. The prices are adequate for the quality and freshness, it is certainly not a 15 euro place, but if you are in Ischia you absolutely have to go there. I did not eat the pizza, but: crocche’, bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, pan beans and sausage, stuffed courgette flowers, seafood scialatielli and hamburger with potatoes. I know, eggs mixed… but you really have to try everything! Approved.

All the dishes we tasted were superb! Spaghetti with clams, hard to find better elsewhere, mixed fried food and grilled calamari of excellent quality, side dishes of grilled vegetables and potatoes excellent accompanied the rest of the dishes worthily! We struggled to finish everything, abundant dishes, but it would have been a shame to have something left over!!! Kind staff, available to advise for the best... it is not so obvious... The bruschetta offered was greatly appreciated! Without a doubt HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have been going on holiday to Ischia for several years and Zio Peppe is a regular stop. This time I went there for both dinner and lunch. For dinner I ate a delicious risotto alla pescatora and for lunch an equally good pizza. The restaurant is always full of people and frequented by the inhabitants of Ischia for the excellent quality/price ratio. Simple and homely atmosphere where you can eat very well.

Purtroppo l’esperienza in questo locale non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Il polpo servito era gommoso e poco gradevole al palato, segno evidente di una cottura sbagliata. L’antipasto è risultato discreto, senza particolari guizzi o sapori memorabili. La frittura, invece, si è rivelata buona: asciutta e croccante, l’unico vero punto a favore della serata.
