Zenzero Biorestaurant In Roma

This is undoubtedly my favorite restaurant in Ostia. It's located inside the Stagno Park, a truly pleasant location, also suitable for families with children. The food is good, and the waiters are extremely kind and professional: they really do their best to accommodate their customers' requests. Another plus is that the restaurant is open during the holidays: at Christmas and New Year's, they offer a nice menu at a fair price and organize evenings with live music. Personally, I'd think it would be nice, at least for New Year's Eve, to add a small prize or extra detail to make the evening even more special. There are, however, some aspects that, in my opinion, could be improved. For example, the desserts aren't always up to par: the Caprese, in particular, I find a bit dry, and the ones listed on the menu aren't always available. Table availability is also worth considering: even though I'm a regular, if I don't book in advance, I rarely get a seat, as it's often full. Furthermore, the restaurant only offers takeout and pickup, but does not offer home delivery through platforms like Deliveroo or similar. Another small point worth mentioning is that the Fork app is no longer available. While no discounts were offered there, it was still convenient for booking and earning points, which is an added bonus for regular customers. Finally, I noticed that in the past they offered small discounts for loyal customers, but now they don't. It's nothing major, but such a gesture is always appreciated and, in my opinion, it makes those who return often feel valued. Overall, however, I recommend this place for its overall quality, the courtesy of the staff, and their attentive service, even during the holidays. I think a fair rating is 4 out of 5 stars.

With gluten intolerance, I'd lost the joy of enjoying pizza every now and then. Finally, a light, crispy dough topped with truly good ingredients. I recommend it to everyone...

Sono stata 3 volte in una settimana direi proprio da cliente top! 2 volte a cena ci siamo trovati molto bene soprattutto per la cucina celiaca, complimenti alla chef donna sia per la squisita pinsa che per gli ottimi fritti . La sera servizio veloce e cortese a pranzo , invece purtroppo, mezza tragedia perché c erano solo 2 camerieri lentissimi e pochi per una sala piena... abbiamo atteso più di un ora per 3 primi e non sono arrivati insieme essendo noi in 5. Il menu per i bambini totalmente da rivedere perché non sin possono mettere 2 pennette contate in un piatto ( i bimbi di oggi hanno fame) e le patatine con la buccia vorrei sapere quali bimbi le mangiano... Con il caldo che sta facendo dovete provvedere al più presto a mettere l.aria condizionata o apparecchiare tavoli fuori perché la veranda interna è tipo una serra impossibile tornare a pranzo troppo troppo calda! Le tagliatelle per celiaci al.posto dei pici erano troppo cotti e sarebbe da rivedere una pasta di migliore qualità consiglio cmq a tutti i celiaci questo ristorante soprattutto per l attenzione in cucina con zero contaminazione e i dolci squisiti tutti SG!
