Very good dinner. Saffron-based dishes are perfectly executed. The village is very pretty and the gardens of this hotel-restaurant are superb. The wine advice was perfect. I encourage you to stop by here during your stay.

Ristorante brllo, personale gentile, cibo buono fino all'arrivo del secondo, costolette di agnello dure stracotte ed informi, male impiattate, non alla sltezza di tutto il resto

04/05/2025: A restaurant with a unique view in the Tiber Valley, a kind and well-trained staff, Chef Enzo with his skill, kindness and professionalism combined with his starters, first courses, second courses, desserts, etc. really make the difference, you can really feel the quality of the product served, I truly recommend it wholeheartedly
