Absolutely recommended! We stopped in this place for something to eat around 2pm (not having had lunch) and we were fully satisfied in all areas. Top welcome! Excellent food quality and preparation! And despite the time we had a complete lunch with starter, 2 courses and dessert... it's not for everyone and it's obvious... Friendliness of the owner who warmed up my baby's food for me by putting it on a plate instead of leaving it in the glass jar (details make the difference!). I hope to have the opportunity to return!

Truly a fantastic place! Delicious food, made with love and with good ingredients, the atmosphere is truly pleasant, as is the service. We ate a Fontanellato platter with ham, coppa, salami and fried gnocco, fantastic. Then classic lasagna with ragù and super pumpkin and sausage! Highly recommended, a truly genuine place to have a nice lunch! We will definitely be back!

Small shop of cured meats and cheeses, with 20 seats where you can eat all freshly prepared dishes such as anolini in broth, pumpkin tortelli, panzerotti stuffed with gorgonzola, super good desserts with a wonderful tiramisu. The owner Monica is good and always careful to never let us lack water and good quality Lambrusco!! Music in the background and the scent of cheeses and cured meats in the room do the rest for a pleasant break in the day.

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of having lunch in this splendid place in the heart of Fontanellato and I left really satisfied. The food is of excellent quality and each dish tells the story of the Emilian tradition with authenticity. We started with an amazing fried gnocco, light and crunchy, served with typical local cold cuts of the highest quality. The cheeses, accompanied by delicious jams, were fresh and tasty, a truly perfect match. As a first course, I tried the shoulder ravioli: tasty and with a tasty filling, a dish that enhances traditional cuisine. To end on a sweet note, grandma's cake was the icing on the cake, soft and fragrant, just like the homemade one. The service was impeccable: fast, courteous and attentive. The staff is friendly and does everything to make customers feel at ease, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Xalumeria 3 Portici to anyone who wants to savor the true flavors of Emilian cuisine. I can't wait to go back!

Una piacevolissima sorpresa, salumi veramente eccezionali, buonissima la torta fritta, un menu stringato ma completo ed un tiramisù veramente buono. Un conto assolutamente onesto ed un servizio gestito magistralmente dalla proprietaria che ti fa sentire a proprio agio. Complimenti, ci ritornerò!

We spent a beautiful day in Fontanellato visiting the Castle and having lunch at the Xalumeria. Nothing could have been more apt. Fried pie cured meats and fresh stuffed pasta are excellent to say the least, prices are more than fair but above all.........super atmosphere. Pampered by Monica, the perfect hostess, who with grace and courtesy accompanied us in choosing and tasting the local delicacies and was able to become familiar with each of us in just a few minutes (and we were 8 and of different ages). Fantastic experience! I went to this shop for lunch with my husband and everything was fantastic. The atmosphere was just like a shop, the food was excellent and the service was impeccable.
